 The forum i propose is a ground where one is free to ask questions, being it a question that can help guide in your growing and posting strength in the forum. I was just curious,  if its possible for a post topic to be droped in two different board that states same actions but it can be related to by other user in this different board. Resons why?
   I recently drop a thread Economics board but it came to my thoughts that the thread is about the by country in particular so why not drop it there in my local board So i later moved the thread to my local Nigerian board. But am still curious to know if its possible for  a thread to be in two different board which people can relate to them very well.

The forum has a rule of "no duplicate thread"^[1] this mean that no  same thread should be posted on multiple boards. Except if its posted on local boards which is also translated to board local language. So your proposal falls under the exception of this rule so it's okay as long it was translated.

Well, at least this is my understanding on that specific rule.

I think it's fine since you're posting in global board and your local, there are many users post the translated version in their own local board. But the forum also allow you to post in altcoin boards even you've create a topic in service section (service section only receive Bitcoin payment). Let's say someone offer online marketing in service section and accept Bitcoin payment, he can create another thread in service announcement (altcoins) offer online marketing and accept altcoins payment.

The rules only not allow you posting in multiple boards (e.g. one in Bitcoin discussion and another in Economics, because it's written with a same language and only lead spam).

I think it's fine since you're posting in global board and your local, there are many users post the translated version in their own local board. But i don't think there is any need for translation as my country is an English speaking country and the thread basically was written by me in English. All users in my local board i guess can fully understand English and thats why i thought i should ask since there is no need for any translation of the thread in my local board.

I believe user PX–Z gave a concise answer to your question in respect to it being a duplicate thread. If one thread were a translation of the other thread, I don't think that will be an issue. But to do a direct copy and past of one's thread in repetition? What for? Again, if one isn't certain of where to post a thread it's better to ask mods to move it to appropriate board.

In cases where one even posts in the wrong board, it is usually moved to the most appropriate board by moderators here.
I believe one best way you can convey a message in a post by not duplicating it, is to write the posts from two angles, with two points relating to the board you intend to post in. I.e., create two topics and relate it to different scenarios that fit the board. I have never tried it, but I doubt there's any rule to stop you from trying it.

Ofcourse yunno, We've got alot of spam busters in here; cus that particular act is considered as post duplication and spam... it's not allowed cus you don't need to write us twice since a single post can possibly be preserved for years.
If you're translating it into some sub-forum boards like the local boards, then there's actually nothing wrong with that since it ain't copied word for word... We've had alot of mentorship/tutoring threads duplicated into our local boards as well.

While we're not required to speak using our local language on local boards, why post on your local board if it's in English? Unless the post is about something concerning your country.

Definitely not allowed, unless all Nigerian users can't reach a thread on the global board. What would you like to expect from creating two threads with the same content? In essence, you'll only get identical responses. Also this adds to the negative presumptions from other users.

Well, why you're not try it yourself? it seems you're feel there's nothing wrong to post one topic in Economic board and another one in Nigeria board.

Don't be too scared, even your thread will get deleted by the moderators, you wouldn't get banned because this rule isn't crucial like committing plagiarism. If your thread doesn't get deleted, then it's fine.

After all just give an update whether it's get deleted or not, so anyone can learn it in the future.

You can't create a double thread all in the name of you want to pass information to a number of users, that's why we have different boards where you can appropriately post a thread to, but having a duplicate no matter how is what can be regarded as spamming, bugging the forum with unsolicited threads or posts, but instead of doing this, i think there's a way to get over this by making reference and providing a link to it while making a post under a related discussion matter.

Simply just translating is enough to be not categorized as duplicate thread since it was already modified. Also moving an english topic on a local board from global board without even translating it defeats the purpose of moving it to your local board since some of the user won’t understand it if they didn’t know much english language.

But in general, posting same topic on local board and global board is not against the rule since your target audience is different.

Am I wondering, if we are talking about copying the same thread from the main board and posting it on a local board or talking about the same context about a country on the main board as well as on the local board by completely different persons?

Because both are different and translating a thread and posting it on a local board is allowed as per the rule but you need to seek permission from the original author and give proper credit to the contents is important.

whereas talking about something same content on multiple boards is very common for example is gambling is an addiction? Is there as a way to make money by gambling? can be interpreted in a million ways and posted as million threads by different users.

In that case: why is there a local board? Local boards are supposed to be for local languages. If it's in English, it can just as well be on the English boards.
