Why the self-moderated?

Do you happen to be the same project as this one? BYTEX CRYPTO EXCHANGE AND BYT TOKEN LAUNCHING ANNOUNCEMENT posted by username bytex.io and abandoned long ago? Why create a new ann with different account, not to mention the self moderation?

This project has no relation to the earlier one. The domain was recently bought and you can verify it on a wayback machine or whois. With respect to self moderated, since its a "pre- ANN" and not an "ANN."

Also, noticed there is no working link to the whitepaper hyperlinked by the earlier project.
