Yeah, new coins are highly risky investment if will compare with any old coins. But you can take risk with affordable amount of money if you're experienced in the market. I would not like to recommend for the newbies, they can put money in top ranking coins like BTC,ETH & BNB.

The first thing you must settle within yourself is that, altcoin investment is a gamble and you should expect anything to happen,  and if you expect too much from any project you'd get the worst surprise of your life. When the opposite happens, in as much as you hope for gains you should know that there is a high possibility that your investment could crumble to zero within seconds.

This has been the reality with altcoin investment,  and as it stands most of the new coins are just hype without any track record or clear road map or ecosystem that will sustain their liquidity for future volume sustainability of its price, and this has not been the reality with most recent projects. So you have to be sceptical about altcoin investment, especially new coins.

New coin/token are at their infant stage so it won't be nice or advisable to pump your resources into it but if you are to invest, it should be for a short time with a bit of due diligence of how solid the project you want to invest in is.

You cannot possibly know something like that, you can believe that it will happen, I personally do believe that it will be high in a decade too, but I do not think that it will make me wealthy, I just think that it will do as well as hoped for and go up, that should be the only thing we should care about.

I know that bitcoin is a great investment but to think that you "know" it will go up would be wrong, we should be ready for anything and that should be the key here, if we can make a profit then that is great, if it can go up then that would be great, but if we do not make any type of profit at all then we should be ready to hold even longer as well. THere's no different for the risk investing in new or old coins. The risk is always be the same. Once bitcoin will be losing 10% of its value and your altcoins will be also dropping a lot. I see that if bitcoin and altcoins are the same at this moment.

There are many strategies when investing. High marketcap projects are generally safer but will have less upside than microcaps. Some people like to watch new listings on coingecko and invest in those before they are popular. The problem is that 90% or so of altcoin projects fail or the developers exit scam, especially in a bear market so you need to be really careful which investments you choose. One thing that I do is that I invest in a handful of projects that I believe in long term and I don't trade them. I have sell targets set and when the next bull market comes I will take a portion of those long term investments and sell them. I will never sell all of my crypto because with technology, the sky is the limit. My long term bags are XRP, IOTA, HBAR, 0xMR, UTNP.

Another thing you can do if you don't have a lot of funds is complete bounty tasks on Zealy io or apply for airdrops. This means that you do not have to invest at all, just perform tasks.

I think if you just try to invest in coin that's already being invested by some good venture capital like take example is mysten labs and binance labs you're pretty well already avoiding the chance of investing in a coin runs by scammers. moreover the chance of success also increase dramatically considering the flow of investment getting in was really that much, that's already sign of legitimacy of the coin itself so if you just stick with project advertised and invested by those venture capital, you're gonna be well on the right track.
the thing is some people willing to go out of their way because they thought they are warren buffet while they are most certainly aren't one because they mostly invest in some shady shit coin and meme coin and ended up losing to the manipulation.

new coins definitely have risks and the risks is more than old coins, but if you dare to take risks, then there's nothing wrong with investing in new coins, but you have to do your research properly and choose new coins whose products are useful and have functions in the future, so you can get a lot of profit from investing in new coins.

Is/was there any project without risk? Btc eth ltc bnb all of those were doubtful when they were new to market. Now now you can see their positions, marketcap and craze among Public. but if you really think new projects are risky or you can't identity the pure one among them then invest old project. I think if you just try to invest in coin that's already being invested by some good venture capital like take example is mysten labs and binance labs you're pretty well already avoiding the chance of investing in a coin runs by scammers. moreover the chance of success also increase dramatically considering the flow of investment getting in was really that much, that's already sign of legitimacy of the coin itself so if you just stick with project advertised and invested by those venture capital, you're gonna be well on the right track.

Recommendable indeed but we know that there are people who would really be preferring on dealing up with those coins who do start up from the roots and doesnt been recommended or been attached with something that we do have in today in the market. They are really that hunting on a 1000x gem which it is really that mostly be that aiming for most people or to those who had been dealing up with those low cap coins. We do continously been seeing lots of coins which are launching in the market if very small MC, they are been targeting because even it would be reaching up >1M at least then it would
