When it comes to telegram deals you all have to be careful and never to trust a stranger with your money, once you send a transaction via blockchain it can't be reversed,  and be careful with you privacy and don't expose your password and other security information to anyone.
- Buying and selling of accounts is not advisable since you don't know the intention of the other party.
-Those account can be used to commit crimes and if it run into troubles, it will still be trace back to you.

Virtually every one on this platform knows about them and complaints coming in about them scamming their registered members. After all these said, what are you doing with loss account as stated by you, you requesting for an ID at first does not conote any good sign. If someone should give you their ID without having any details about you what is the possibility that their ID would still remain private?
You did not mention escrow which would have been better if you requested for an ID for which I think you could get possible turn up but I think your chance of getting one here is minuit as no one would want to deal or getting involved with 1xbit.

sir i just want to buy 1xbit minus losses id so i can bet on 1xbit big amount. if you know about 1xbit. they suspend big amount player id after 1 or 2 bet. they dont want us to make profit. but minus and losses id can make more bets. they dont ban instantly. The fact that ops are opting for 1xbit accounts is suspicious enough and is enough red flag, and looking for such an account that has wagered such a high amount of losses in those accounts will not be an easy task here in the forum, since 1xbit has already been flagged in this forum for a long time now and at that, members of this forum are warned to stay off from 1xbit casino so no one will wager such amount with all the warning here around the forum.

Well, telegram itself is fraught with many dangers due to the influx of scammers, especially to make deals with strangers who are not in your personal contacts is extremely reckless and risky, so stay away from such offers.
