You said right but here few questions I have.

1. What do you mean by high prices?
Note: Bitcoin price is already high from its beginning.
2. Why do they buy bitcoin, when the price is raising?
Note: When they research a few days when its value is increasing from before, that time they hope it continues to increase. For that time they're investing there.
3. Why they don't buy, when the price is decreasing?
Note: At that time they hope the price is decreasing. Also, it will be decreasing more that more.
