To be honest, they also have feelings, cravings and fantasies.  I've never thought about this and seeing this made me really emotional. ^^^ Except for the fact that before government got involved, it was the church and privately funded organizations/hospitals that took care of the poor, the needy, and those with disabilities. There is much empathy and sympathy for hurt people among the general populace. It is government that is making it difficult for people to help people in need.

Life is unfair and there's nothing we can do about it. When there's something wrong with you, you're going to have a hard life and this can be said about any possible disability that is clearly visible.
What if you knew a disabled woman? Would you help satisfy their desires?
She should be the one to look for a partner, nobody is going to change that for her and a man who takes care of her because he feels for her is not going to be a good partner. Pure compassion is not a good base to build a relationship on.

These are exactly the same people as everyone else. Each has its own advantages and limitations, they apply to everyone. Each has charm, peculiarity and flair. If I recall correctly, there are some governments around Europe which actually have some welfare programs for disabled people, within these programs it is included some money intended for them to pay for prostitution.

I first listened about it on Deutsche Welle, and according to that specific special report, the impact is generally good on both men and women with physical disabilities.

Woman whether ugly or not do have there own spec of men they like and there are also men that likes woman with disability even though it might take time but they will always find people around them and there real interest. One thing I have known about woman is that men will always come to them even though they are not your spec, there are men that likes that kind of women.

People will have different perspectives on this, but in general, the world hasn't been fair with them in a long time. The world is changing, and the less privileged are not being nurtured in any way. When it comes to sexual satisfaction among disabled people, I can only say that where I come from, they've been able to be fair with them and get them married to their pairs of same alike.

You are the one who knows this guy, so you know better than other people about this case. But...

People live life and do things for various reasons. There are married people here and there who live in different houses, even.

If this guy has been 'bought' by this woman, and if they are compatible, and if they are married, they are benefiting each other. His benefit might be a good place to live, and a few toys. But if he is servicing her needs properly - even if he doesn't really like her disability - he is more or less like a loving live-in nurse. And what better way to be a nurse than than by giving her sexual fulfillment, and receiving the same?... plus a whole lot more between the both of them.

People have all kinds of reasons for doing what they do. This might be a good setup for both of them. Of course, you being closer to the situation might know better.

But there are tons of people living together, who are married, but not entirely fulfilled by the life of the partner. In some cases there are formal disabilities. In other cases there are simple emotional disabilities that have never been diagnosed. Maybe we all are a little like this.

There are women (with disabilities) who are happy with their sexual life and those who aren't. Life isn't fair, and you'll get nowhere complaining about fairness and society. Those who aren't "lucky" should reflect on what's wrong before complaining about society.

Indeed, people living with disabilities are not treated fairly in most societies. In some places, they are seen as second-class citizens.
In my country, people living with disabilities would have a robust sexual life if they are financially stable. Our society places more emphasis on money than any other thing. These special people have to work hard to overcome societal stigma before they can attract and get emotional satisfaction.

I have had a relationship with someone that is challenged physically and I find them very caring, trustworthy, and loving. Due to the fear and uncertainty, society has put in them, they are always scared of losing their partners. But, I find them very jealous and timid because they always feel you are discriminating against them because of their challenge.

There are many people with disabilities but left with no choice than embracing their fate and finding a reason to live the kind of life they have always wanted, though they may be restricted to some certain level in participating from a public opinions or responsibilities like in political ambition and the rest, yet they contributed in their own way to live a standard live through the discovery of some potentials they think they can offer to earn a living from the values they created, so that disability will not be their reason for being a failure nor lead them to fornication, but some were actually abused sexually and there's a law against such act if found and reported, people face the consequences.

Most of the time woman could flirt or do what they want but for men they could only do it on who wants them.

It is true, compassion is not a good base to build a relationship. The world is not fair and people suffer for one thing or the other but those with disabilities are victims of so many things. They will crave for love and will find none. Some ends up being scammed in order to be loved. A man without money suffer the same fate in the hands of women because they may not have the opportunity to have sex because no one loves their poor status.
But men with disabilities can have s*X with women with disabilities.

Today's society is very pragmatic, as long as you have money, people will look at you and treat you with a completely different person, but when you don't have money, no matter how good you are, they will despise you.

I can tell you that people with disabilities have never been treated fairly. I myself am a person with a slight disability, I have crossed one eye. When I first graduated, it was extremely difficult for me to apply for a job because of my appearance, and no one accepted me anywhere. Those were the darkest days of my life.
