Sure thing.
Here are all 3 holograms:
The public key hologram does have a small mark on it near the "GIN" of the word ORIGINAL along the left top corner, but there is no evidence of tampering/peeling from what I could see
Same with the private key hologram.. no tampering, but does look like small scratch marks on the top of the hologram where you indicated
The COA hologram has a few of these on the right middle side
