My question is why do you wanna buy old wallet with activity?
To me there is no business without a profit so could you explain bit why you are buying all this old wallet.
Anyway I am not interested of selling any but just curious to know the reason you needed to those old eth address.

Basically I want to participate in new incentivised testnets and they tend to reject wallets that are pretty recent as they think you might be a bot.

Which is why I'm looking for old wallets preferably with activity

Selling of wallet really don't seem possible to me since even after the deal is done there is no full assurance of ownership transfer, the original owner can't always be keeping track of the wallet and might be tempted to move out your proposed funds which might be gotten from your said testnet

The testnets I want to do, you deposit crypto on their platform and the wallet is just used to sign messages and approve transactions so it's not a huge risk for me

OP's explanation on why they needed active ETH wallets sounded plausible. However, those selling should also factor in certain risk associated with such. For instance, I hope they don't get tagged as farmed accounts as alts with others here too. Many users were caught unawares like that in the past because they sold bounties to same users and their wallets got connected. I'm not saying that's exactly what's going to happen here. Just stating my perspective and one cent opinion.

There was nothing in the ETH itself, apart from the POW-POS fork in 9.2020, but ther could be an altcoin distribution that required used ETH address, the way MWC coin required you to input BTC address to be eligible.

If OP found some smart way to capitalize on old addresses, good for him.

There's a risk involved on it because the seller we cannot call it a seller because they still have a copy of the private keys, the right word is sharer, and they can also participate in these tenets and beat you to claim the airdrop, but anyway since you seem to be comfortable with that risk and paying to pay people to share their wallet, it's your decision to take that risk.

From a quick search I also found also PulseChain and Etherlite. Couldn't find a coin price on the former and the latter was 10-15 ETL per ETH at a value of $0.000464, so I'm guessing this is about ETHPOW.
