You should always refrain from airdrops and never participate any airdrops that who want claim your wallet key. Incidents such as these are now incessant and are seen more and more in the social media sector. A few years ago I participated in a project airdrop and they haven't distributed tokens yet. Actually it is uncertain thought that i will make money from airdrop.

Almost all airdrop videos on YouTube are all scams, do not try hunting for airdrops using YouTube videos, those airdrops links in Youtube videos are all fake links and once you connect your wallet your tokens will be wiped out.

I used alternative wallet address (i created to specially for airdrops campaign) if any project will require to connect my wallet in their website,
but first of all i will try to find out their all of social media accounts then i will recheck to detect it real or fake project.

I just remember before that this kind of stuff is not required, only the wallet address and sometimes an email, and you are now good. After a few weeks, it is listed on the exchange, where all of the airdrop hunters are now going to dump it, but still, it goes up after a few weeks. Right now it is very opposite, and some will say that it is really a waste of time, but there are still others who got lucky to have airdrops, which is very rare.

still good airdrops exists but difficult (in 100 airdrops 1 can be legit) to find out,

you do not participate if kyc is required, now it's major problem if our personal date will leaked,

Judging from the prospect of airdrop lately, it really can't be called a decent airdrop, they just play with scam projects, as for projects that distribute coins but the price is too low and has no value at all, so for free airdrops just rely on running the task and linking the account average scam.
We have to see first what the projects are and what they offer to the community and see how they manage it, that might be better than just taking all the projects that are spread across telegram groups and twitter.

The only airdrop that can be relied on is the retroactive airdrop, although you are asked to spend money in the process to create transaction volume or mint nft in the project ecosystem, some of us are fortunate that Arbitrum and Optimism provide payments to their airdrop participants.

For cases like this, you really need to pay attention and don't take them, just ignore them, it's better to find another project for you to participate in the project, it's very dangerous, we have to be really vigilant against fraud.

There are some Airdrops out there that are truly giving their participants some good opportunity to earn and they are not gonna make some funny excuse when their project become successful due to the help of the people who spread their project on the internet. at the end of the day, they will gonna receive their rewards based on the things they have done to promote that project via airdrop. The only problem here is the multiple numbers of airdrops circulating the internet nowadays and every day there are some new ones added which will make it even harder to find the right one.

I guess its just because these retroactive airdrops are deemed to be more worth it than some other airdrops thats why nowadays many airdrops also doing the same for the sake of attracting attention from the general masses out there.
the thing with these retroactive airdrops that it does indeed require some length of commitment from us the testers to spend some money just for the sake of testing while we still don't really know whether the airdrops are gonna be truly held or not, basically it's like gambling but the reason many are still eager to follow such airdrops program is solely for the reason that it might have lesser participants.

Bitget and other exchange airdrops are legit but worth very low from 3$-10$. I joined many Bitget airdrops and everytime recieved only 5$. Bitmart airdrops are also good but the same case here, they are giving only 3$ worth of token. I will recommend to use mainnet which has rumours about airdrop, such as Zksync, LayerZero, Starknet and some other but remember these are not free and you have to pay gas fee.

Airdrop never rewards a fixed amount.  And the amount of reward will not be high here because there are thousands of participants in an Airdrop and if everyone is rewarded with a huge amount then the company will go bankrupt for managed only fucking airdrop. so expecting big amount rewards from Airdrop is foolish. If you get $5 from Airdrop then I think it's a big deal because you don't have to work hard just to complete some simple tasks here.

Yes almost airdrop which we found from YouTube  and another social media most of the airdrop is scam. But in telegram some times we found some good airdrop. Some times we get payment from that’s airdrop. Recently i received a payment from airdrop.
My airdrop paymet was $70 but i was very helpful to me. So some times when we were free then we can attend airdrops. It can make big profit anytime.

Actually because of bear run is underway, people don't invest much and thats why less legit projects are launching their coin with less bounty or airdrop. This is very common issue during bear run in market but i hope if bull run come, then People will raise up their investment.
