Another way would be to add the Envoy app as a hidden app on your phone, but installing a watch-only Bluewallet would be more discreet. BTW which watch-only wallets support air-gapped signatures on Prime?

When I saw this in cygan's post, it immediately reminded me of Ledger and I think the Ledger Stax. They advertised them as devices you could stack one on top of the other and display your NFT collection, one unique NFT per Stax. I am thinking Passport Devices thought of a better use case than that...

I wouldn't move the coins at all. Both devices are airgapped and from the same manufacturer. He can just recover his wallet from seed instead of creating a brand-new one and starting from scratch.

- If I didn't trust Passport Core or think it was good enough, I wouldn't buy it or use it until the Prime arrives.
- If I didn't trust that the company did a good job with Core, I wouldn't buy Prime from them.

I have no intention of moving any coins, and for testing purposes I would be using an existing seed that has a small amount of funds housed in it.

I use my Passport Core as my main cold wallet, so there's no need to move funds even if I decided to switch to the Prime for that purpose.  As Pmalek suggested, I would just restore that seed into the Prime device.  But, since I'm among the first users I assume there will be some bugs discovered in the near future, which I would like to see resolved before doing that.  I don't expect any security issues, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
