I've been a LastPass user for many years, but after the recent hacks, I've switched over to Bitwarden. So far so good!

Might not be a good idea to start telling people on a forum that has many gifted tech skilled people, how you generate passwords.

Only a bit of advice but it’s good to keep sensitive info private.

Well for most I use a Password generator. But for my own personal privacy I will not say which one that is.

When the Password is generated I only chance some of the letters and numbers. I just do this in case the dev has bad ideas in the back of his mind to try to scam users.

Bitwarden for storing passwords, by far the best one. Unfortunately its built-in generator is not very flexible (for example you can't customize special symbols). For this purpose, I've been experimenting with a few web tools over the years, lately I've been using Random Password Generator.
