Soccer or futbol IMO is one of the worst sports to bet. The draw factor is a big turnoff to me. As far as Man U and Liverpool goes, neither are dominating this year. Yea Liverpool is last in the division, but Man U is just a couple games ahead of them. No hero/villian story this year, just 2 mediocre clubs played and 1 had to win.

Even though someone previously had lots of big wins, if at that gamble they were unlucky then they would get a loss.

Well, it was already with Manchester United in 1926, 1930 and 1931 when he lost with the same exact score, the most unpredictable results are possible in football sometimes, I wonder what odds were on Liverpool winning, I don't think they were too high.

Manchester United is not a fallen hero because the club is not that it is relegating, it is still one of the clubs that would likely make it to next season's champion league. But what happened yesterday was a very big surprise for everyone, 7 goals to nothing was not expected.

I wouldn't be surprised when MU and Liverpool's match ended with a score of 0-7, it was as surprising as the match in the last world cup.

It was a big surprise and shock to the fan base across all sports for Liverpool to have trashed ManU Saturday. Although ManU is still active and in good shape but was humiliated as they underestimated the capacity of Liverpool. Still in the football spirit, it is a game of fun and there is or must be a winner in every game played. I believe ManU learnt a big lesson from what has happened to them on Saturday and for those who bet in favour of Liverpool I believe Liverpool made them xtimes richer now. Congratulations to you all for your big wins.

The match was very surprising to everyone how Manchester United was not able to win the match and end up losing with a 7 goals. I didn't intend that this should be a mockery though, the game of football is dicey in a way, I believe no one would have thought that man u would lose to Liverpool in such a drastic manner. But it's all good, atleast for a while too man u held a good record.

These upsets happen occasionally and help to keep the game interesting, you still don't expect such large defeats at the very top of the table between the two traditional rivals. The captain did seem to handle it really badly and was giving up when he should have continued fighting - a very bad impression to give to other players on the team, he was even trying to get substituted at one point it seemed. I actually had a multi bet open on this game but with goals under 4.5, everything else on the bet was successful except for the goals reaching 7. I wonder whether Man United will strike back against Southampton with a vengeance on the weekend or continue a fall from grace.

I kind of get confused trying to figure out what is the possible reason why Manchester united conceded such multiple goals in last weekend's match against Liverpool, even though Manchester united is ahead of Liverpool on the points table and position on the premier league table, but then both clubs are in the same category.

That is true, we all know the outcome of the match, even I was expecting that Liverpool can not win up to 3 goal margin, but it was 7 goals to nothing instead. What I was just saying is that Manchester United had good time too, it is not easy for a club to still have one awaiting match to play and yet maintain the third position. It was a big mistake for Manchester United, but they are not a fallen hero, that statement is not right, not right because the club are not on the relegation zone, the club did not relegate, and not that they are playing bad, but just that the club play bad just once for now.

The result came as a surprise to everyone, like how tf did Liverpool manage to score 7 goals against Manchester United?after all their performances at the beginning of the season they were still humiliated.

And luckily for me I didn't place any bet on that match and I even rarely place bet on a football match because I have noticed that most of my bets on football don't always turn out well so I try as much as possible to minimize my bets there.

I would've agreed if Liverpool is dropping points on both sides but their home form is still good against the top teams while their away results are mostly losses and draw which somewhat skews their overall form. Man U is still a solid team but they're far from a clear favorite here IMO. I also didn't have a bet on this since i've been trying to avoid EPL recently as the results this past few weeks have been more unpredictable.
