Alright so no, there is no chance for you to find a legitimate casino with those terms, in my opinion. And I would highly recommend against visiting any shady casinos which might or might not turn out to be total scams.

The reason why I say no is because casinos need to follow regulations and they are obviously for-profit. No casino is going to let you use their services entirely for free, especially if you do not even gamble.

Exactly i was thinking the same. Wagering means that you gamble with your deposit, if you do not want to gamble / wager, why would you deposit and withdrawal only to pay the transactions fee (in case of deposit) and withdrawal fee( when you withdraw from the exchange).

As others have already told you, I also confirm that from my point of view, a casino offering :

-no min deposit amount

would probably be a casino that would have a very high risk of exit scam, and would be out of any protection for the customer/end user. This would therefore involve a very risky business for both parties and I can't see a configuration where it would be beneficial overall.

Better to find the casino that most closely matches what you are looking for, and then adapt a bit to their rules and options.

Just by seeing number 1 is not enough to be on any casinos, I suggest to just increase your bankroll even just for $20 I guess for a minimum. If you know the ways about Metamask or something similar then I suggest you need to interact with some casino dApps considering most of them doesn't require you to deposit or withdraw.

Frankly the way you've posted pretty junky threads in this section today, there's something not quite right with how you play and you should probably steer well clear of any gambling. Put your money into a bank account and save it up, because I doubt you understand the simple odds that dictate you will keep on losing money forever. You seem to think the definition of "best casino" is one that will let you go from $10 up to 1 million dollars like they are some kind of charity. They are businesses that are designed to take money from many people like you and make a profit, not magically make every customer rich for no reason. Look in this forum section, pretty much every casino meets your criteria, not that you will accept losing money.
