That is what i see is looking for scam site to promise Him allowing to withdraw without wagering requirements because of Anti Laundering Law each casino now are asking for at least wagering before letting you withdraw your funds as it was being used from the past to launder money.
I remember when i was new here in crypto gambling ,  that i can deposit and just withdraw the money without any issues but things change nowadays that gambling site does not allow us to do such instead wanted us to at least play first .

If you can't find those requirements you set then don't gamble because every casino has a anti laundering method implemented so that they will not get abuse by fraudulent people. There are many casinos in this forum where you can get such a facility. But in this case you may not be able to withdraw anything from the Bitcoin chain.  You need to withdraw any coins from BSC or Polygon chain.

I also read the op's previous post where he was looking for a small casino that he can trust, and if we analyze both threads we can conclude that ops are just looking for free bonuses or airdrop without haven't to work or make a commitment.

For numbers one and four, you can have that as currently there are bunch of casinos that allows you to withdraw less than $10,  where also you can play provably fair games. On the other hand, the other two requirements left pretty seems to be unrealistic. I am not aware of any casino where you're allowed to do that. It is quite easy to locate reputable casinos that you can gamble with and the requirements are not too strick. But when a gambler begins to demand beyond what is conventional,  it will definitely lead to scam or cheating.
It is either the company will scam the gambler or the gambler will cheat the system.
So I'll advice that if you are a gambler choose reputable and fairness instead of looking for ways to maneuver the system.
