I've also experienced dice games.

I am a person that is very careful with money and I never have made such mistake because I keep re-watching the placed amount of crypto before hitting that "Place Bet" button in Stake so the double checking has always saved me from such very expensive errors.I am assuming you did it yesterday night after getting the weekly signature campaign and that would be a very very bad thing and I am sorry for such happenings.You learned the hard way but I am sure now that you will always double check the placed amount before hitting that place bet button.

It seems that many people made the same mistake as OP including me, and what I experienced at that time was because I was in a hurry and in an uncomfortable situation so I typed in the wrong bet amount.

Things like that happen it happen so many times to me and that feels bad, the good thing is I learned my lesson, and I become more aware of my bets because you have something to watch out for, it can happen to you when you have just woken up or tipsy from a drink.
But I have a good experience like tripling my bet because I did not notice the additional zero, you can end up regretting or feeling great about the mistakes, I always take time and check my bet just like I do when sending funds because you cannot take back your mistake, awareness and attention is always the key.

This happened to me once but on sports and with a little bit higher amount.

Instead of 0.01btc I bet 0.1btc. when the price was around 15000$ . Needless to say that the bet of course lost.

That time this was a good amount of my previous winnings and ever since I have only kept and played with small amounts in my account.

Instead of placing 0.0005BTC, I misplaced 0.005BTC and the bet was lost. This was completely unexpected and it is my fault. If the bet have won my wallet balance could've turned 0.007BTC, now it is an empty wallet.

I think almost every gambler has that experience. Several month ago I submitted a betting amount by mistake. After that i knew it and then I wanted to withdraw the bet but then i didn't do that. At that moment my luck favored me and I won that bet. But I was more likely to lose there. As a conscious gambler we must check the amount well before betting otherwise such problems may occur. The biggest risk here is that even if you have more balance in your wallet, there could have been a bigger loss.

Sad. But you have to accept what happened OP and learned from it. We just have to double-check everything before we proceed with our bets. It also happened to me many times already. The last was when I thought I was using a currency with the lowest balance. But in reality, I forgot to change the currency settings. So I went on and clicked max balance and throw the dice with a 4% chance of winning. I was so annoyed but there is nothing I can do but move on. But what you did is probably the most common and I had experiences with it too including a bet wherein I was supposed to bet 0.005 and was shocked the next morning when my winning was only small because I only typed 0.0005 BTC.

I'm sure many of us have experienced it, not just once or twice, but have experienced it many times. It happens because we don't check the amount of money you want to place as a bet and just press the button.

Gamblers experience this mistake since sometimes we became comfortable on what they do and think we cannot commit a mistake because we are familiar with the platform we used. But unfortunate things happen so I guess next time better check the figures to avoid the same mistake again.

And also don't place your bet when you are tired,not in focus,drunk or sleepy since in this status sometimes we commit those mistakes.

Maybe this is another reason why some casino show the crypto balance on user's account in USD equivalent, to prevent this kind mistake. Yeah the gambler can accidentally click max amount or double click a number, but this can be used to minimize it. After all it will depend on the user if he's double check the betting amount before spin, if the casino implemented the new text box like "are you sure to bet x amount in this game?" it will be inconvenient to other gambler.

Nothing rare. I've had my instances of that happening. It isn't that often though, maybe once every few months? I usually have a set amount always in my wallet, and rarely do I leave leftovers so my balance is usually always the same when I come in to play. I don't think I've hit a big loss due to it though, all were rather bearable. I've never really bet big most of the time anyway, I usually do small bets. My so-called "big" bets are pretty small since I force myself to only fund my wallt by that much.

This happened to me months ago but I try to just forget the foolishness that I have done. I was not even drunk, sick, or having an eye problem, it was a mistake of counting zeros and rushing the bet, the excitement.
I am sorry for your loss. But I am sure you are not alone. No worries though, it will add up to your experience to reach the next VIP level. That's your only perk for the mistake you have done. I wish you can win it back in your next bets to come. Be sure you input the right amount next time. Double check, or better like what I do now, 5 times checking.

I think I did with mintdice (can't remember clearly if it was that casino, it was having a dice sound) before since my signature payment was sent there, it wasn't through a typo error but I did click the max or the thing that close to it. Instead of betting $20 in that 6 bet combo, I misclick another 0 and it turn into $200. When I saw it, it is already late because I already made the bet.

Of course there is a emotional discomfort even though the match is not yet started, at the end; I lost the $200. But I already move on and the good thing is I learned a lot from what happened. We should always double check the total amount of the money that we will bet for us to be sure that it is the exact money in our plan and in our mind. Better to be careful than to lose huge amount of money by technical errors.

Why you didn’t cash out your bet and take some loss if you are not confident on your bet. I believe the majority of sportsbook offer a cash out feature especially of the game is not yet started/over yet. A 6 match parlay with 20 odds is very hard to win while betting 200$ on it is just like giving it away in the casino.

I once experienced this but not on a parlay so I just bet on the other side of the match to take loss a few percentage of my bet since cash out is not available that time. I usually take small loss when I know that my bet is just a mistake rather than risk it.

This really hurt if you're planning to cash out a portion of your earnings, happens to me when I was part of the Stake campaign many years ago, but I take the mistake as something to learn to always look and be attentive to the amount you're betting, that is why I prefer Tron or Doge when betting because there's no problem with those zeros.
I almost made that same mistake at one casino glad that I double check before the roll, this thing can happen to any player if you set up a poll there's a possibility that many gamblers commit this mistake.
