Because of the scamming rate on the internet if I am buying anything I make sure that I received the goods before making any payment so I always tell them that I will pay when I have received the goods. And that is Payment on Delivery. Even in cryptocurrency trading, I must see the money in my local bank account first before I released the coins for the buyer even not once you released the coins then your funds is gone and there is no way you can get coins back.

So the best way is to be vigilant and careful with trading with with. Someone that has been scammed is always be careful with the activities with others.
