Once your payment is confirmed, you have to go back to the Copper Membership page and activate it.

Are you sure that your transaction has at least 1 confirmation? Also, you have to select Copper member rank, afaik its not automatically set for you.

Once your transaction has 1 confirmation, revisit this page and then use the form which will appear in order to wear your new membership. Your transaction will not be accepted until it has 1 confirmation. Bitcoin network fees and exchange/wallet withdrawal fees will not count toward your payment.

You should first double check if receiving address was correct, but what fees you used when you sent your coins?
Mempool is really full right now ^{(blame it on ordinals)} with many unconfirmed txn, so you either wait until transaction is confirmed or you pay more fees if you used RBF in your transaction.
You can check mempool state on mempool.space or any similar websites.

Don't worry, if you sent the btc to the correct address ^{[as shown when you pay]} then you only need to wait for at least 1 confirmation before you can continue with the next step. Please be patient, but you must make sure you have sent to the right address.

Maybe the confirmation is bit long because the mempool is stuck as dkbit98 has explained. 40 satoshi per byte is the recommended fee, but if you are using wallet that supports RBF, then you can pay higher fee to get faster confirmations.

You should be patient, it takes time before bitcoin transaction got at least 1 confirmation. Anyhow, i can see already your copper  membership tag, maybe you can lock the thread now by tapping the "lock topic" in the lower left of this thread.

Did you check if the address that you sent the payment is the exact address that you can see in the copper membership page?. If not then we can't help you get the funds back but if it's the right one then ot should be okay and go back to copper membership page to activate it or set the copper membership. Once you have done it then you can see copper membership in your profile.

As you have already now Copper membership on your profile I would ask you to lock the topic as there's no point in further streching and derailing the topic.It would be better as you have also received why it was not updated before hand.

If you are not aware how to lock it then you would find the options of lock topic at the bottom of the thread as you are topic creator.

Of course, it is the best advice when the problem is solved.

But I don't think it's good to edit the content on the thread when the problem is solved. The OP shouldn't have to do that because I think this thread is worth referencing when other newbies ask about the same problem. Thread content should be persisted, that is my suggestion even if the problem is solved. Simply lock the thread and leave one appreciative reply to anyone who helps.
