You will know that there is FUD when there is bad news or events in cryptocurrency along with drastic drop of price. If they see that a dump has started after they heard the news, many people will sell their assets to avoid further losses. This usually happens when the market is clearly in an uptrend and then suddenly crashes, there is a big chance that there is a fud behind it. But just because it's FUD, it doesn't mean it's true because it's just a manipulation tactic to fill big orders from big banks or institutions before the price continues to rise again. If there is too much FUD, it is possible that the price will continue to fall.

But the problem is how can we possibly tell when to buy or not?

If you know to analyze the market, you will earn a lot with it. It's just a supply and demand. If the supply is getting low, wait for a sign of strength, meaning the demand is overpowering supply. This is a sign that there are less willing to sell their assets and it's time to buy.

There seems to exist some obvious association in the cryptospace and FUD - Bear is one obvious one. Although, there have been few instances when the FUD been passed around had little or no effect on the trending market but, most times, we find the market succumbing to the FUD due to the tricks it plays on investors mindset. Mainly the new investors.
As much as the FUD might be a signaler for some, it's not a very effective wh as, you can't really put a timing on the market and have a laid down resource for when that time would come. Using DCA might be one of the best means still as it keeps you in the market when your resources agrees.

One of the best times to buy bitcoin is when the FUD is fresh and ongoing, it also depends on how big this FUD is, sometimes it has no impact on Bitcoin value and sometimes they do have a massive impact on the market, but if it does then it's a buying time, but the most effective way of accumulating Bitcoin is in a downtrend, never buy when the price is recovering, keep your eye open for any possible opportunities so you won't miss out.

Whether it was because of the FUD or not, just buy Bitcoin during price correction, not during the recovery period. Because we aim to earn a huge profit should be done before the pump, that was the perfect time to do it. We don't have to worry about buying Bitcoin during correction as we believe that it rises back again, unlike these shitcoins and meme coins. Sometimes we have the kind of thinking that when the decline is showing, we also then think about dying and the market collapse that is why, instead of buying low people wait for the price to pump before buying and they miss the great opportunity.

So then panic selling will start in the market, for which there will be opportunity to buy on the other side.
