You can't do without foolishness. Getting to know bitcoin will in any case be accompanied by some mistakes. I started my journey about Bitcoin from this forum and if anyone that want to learn comes to this forum he will get many information. I will not say I have learned much about Bitcoin but I know I have gotten some experience. If someone wants to learn about bitcoin, I will gladly refer the person to bitcointalk. I don't want to make so much mistakes because it might result to some losses. That is why I want to learn from other member's experience. The experience of other members will serve as a guide. No other knowledge will someone have in investing in bitcoin than invest with the amount he or she can afford to lose, hodl, don't sell when at loss, and be patient. Any other thing will not be necessary since the goal is to invest and make profits. When it comes to investing in bitcoin, this is what counts mostly.

The second golden rule says never make the same mistake twice, so hopefully we can learn from our past mistakes. I have known about bitcoin some years back but knowing about this forum and being a committed member has really benefited me as I'm privy to information, insights and knowledge I never knew before. My 2023 bitcoin goal is to keep hodling and accommulating bitcoin as I have been doing since last year and I know this is going to pay off in the long run.

Well Bitcoin is actually a currency, thus people do not have to "make it" per se, they basically just have to use it, but understandably in the way they deem fit, either as a payment option or for hodling. Having said that, if one is much more concerned about how much they can make from the network, then they might not bother to spend their time in looking for the right place to garner knowledge because they'll basically just want to put their money in the network and watch it appreciate (which isn't always the case).

The thing is, we in Bitcointalk have a pretty strong foundation in the network, but that's for users who are interested in the quality and constructive threads/discussions that teach quite a lot about Bitcoin, thus, more often that not it becomes easier for a user here to make the right decision about crypto, but it is difficult for people who are somewhat far from the plethora of knowledge in this forum, unless they have other platforms where they can get quality crypto information.
