It took me 237 days to reach Full Member. I can finally wear my hat! :D

I haven't been this excited in a long time, lol. I finally get to wear the hat madnessteat made for me!

I just want to thank the forum as a whole. The amount of learning I've done on here in regards to how finance and my human life intertwine is truly invaluable.

Now, it didn't take me 237 days of nonstop work to get to this point, but it definitely felt like a journey from newbie to full member. I was careful with what I typed and when, and in return I was slowly able to accrue the merit, activity, and posting count required.

To anyone who feels like it's impossible, it's not. You just need to truly have a passion for bitcoin and a passion for online forum engagement and activity. There are some truly amazing characters and special users on this forum that I never thought would give me the time of day. But they did!

Does anyone else have fond memories from when they first became a full member? What as the avatar you first used? How long did it take you to reach Full Member?

About my ranking up, it was easy and fast for me to get a hero merit which was my intention, but I still always enjoy this forum.

the thread that Lucius referred you to was started for reason that not every user would open a separate topic for their achievements. so it's not an obligation, just moderating the forum so that others don't have to be buried about how someone reached a certain number of posts, merits, rank, etc...

237 days - the path is not close, but doable. You were able to do it and the number of days spent is no longer significant

Of course, there are fond memories. It was Full member that made me feel that a rank increase was possible. Exactly how long it took me to get this rank, I don't remember. That's what my first avatar was like, if I'm not mistaken, it was an image of a ledger hardware wallet. Then I didn't know yet that this company would get into a big mess with a data leak and set up its users great. And, 2 times. Otherwise, it would not even have arisen in my thoughts to put that avatar.

OP can have one for him, it's not big deal to me although I tend to agree when all users reaching new milestone are willing to announced in the same thread for better moderation. I agree that it's not mandatory, but things like this are much better so reputation boards don't have so many achievement thread.

The thread self-moderated by BitcoinGirl.Club has been quite active ^{[13 pages]} since its creation, so I think a lot of user have noticed and most user have been there to announce the milestone. Nevertheless, good job OP - congrats on your achievement.

It's not easy when you desperately want to reach the next level. But, You are passionate about something. You won't realize that time is going fast and you will reach the desired rank. I see you are too excited about your rank-up. I saw you write good posts in Bitcoin Discussion threads. Sometimes joining Signature campaigns drops the post quality drastically. I hope it won't happen to you. I hope the new rank gave you a considerable boost inside.

I am glad someone mentioned signature campaigns, as many users grind all the way to ranks just so they can join a signature campaign. The signature's I plan on wearing are actually of my own personal passion project called "The L.U.C.K. Project" (A.K.A. Project #7777). The campaign manager Little Mouse of LM Management is someone who I have been working closely with for quite some time now. When you click on it, it takes you to a thread that I am the Original Poster of. The project is something that I intend to work on for the rest of my career in the bitcoin/crypto space, so I have no problem donning it .

The campaign is paused for now due to the fact that I was the sole funder of the campaign, and it could only run for one week. I intend to become a member of the 1 BTC club by funding my ledger through my job at the hospital, and then start the campaign back up again.

Rest assured, my posting quality will remain the same if not get better as I become even more familiar with the forum. It is my genuine pleasure to be here, and I couldn't be more proud to wear a signature of a project that I created myself.

I will go further, no doubt! The responses I've gotten in this thread are very motivational, didn't expect such a warm welcome to the Full Member+ Club hahaha.
