How do you survived during covid19 ?

OP, did you just wake up from a long sleep after the COVID-19 pandemic? To me, COVID-19 is long gone, but it seems you are awake now and seem not to be aware of how the pandemic ended. Try something better; this is 2023, not 2019, and I believe you have a better resolution for this year than going back to the past pandemics that were really a disaster for some people's lifestyles.

When COVID-19 made headlines, I began exercising more. Exercise boosts the immune system and reduces blood pressure. Stretching also reduces blood pressure and helps to clear blocked arteries and veins. One key exercise doctors and medical professionals recommend to treat blood clots (and also to prevent them from forming) is to do a lot of leg stretches.

High blood pressure and blocked arteries (inflammation) are two of the main problem areas for COVID. Which is why COVID is known to hit demographics with high blood pressure the hardest such as the elderly. Being able to improve those areas could go a long way towards being able to better cope with COVID.

I also made an effort to eat more foods containing vitamin D and zinc. In terms of statistics, it is known that many in western nations have a severe shortage of zinc in their diets. With zinc being a critically necessary mineral for proper immune system function. Vitamin D also contributes towards the same.

My first indication for being infected with COVID was loss of senses of smell and taste. A few days later, there was one day where I was tired and slept a lot. Then the illness was gone. The only recurring issue I had was loss of taste, smell and appetite. Despite not having eaten for a few days, I wasn't hungry and felt no need to eat anything. After 4-5 days of not eating I began to feel a little weak and had to force myself to eat. Then luckily the digestive system returned somewhat to normal.

I always avoid antibacterial soap and never clean open wounds and injuries with much more than soap and water. Which might have helped immune system function. Also living less than 10 miles from the coast could mean there is some beneficial salt in the air. Prior to COVID it may have been 10-15 years since the last time I got the flu or another sickness. I've been very lucky in that regard.

I'm curious what country you live in?  Here in the United States it was a mess like everywhere else.  I was scared of loosing my job and of course the economy took a major hit and continues to do so.  I actually just picked up my mother from the hospital who has Covid and she feels absolutely awful.  Praying to god that I didn't catch it from here..I stayed as far away as possible..but we shall see how hard or easy it is to catch as I wore a mask, washed my hands and used hand sanitizer.

During the intense lockdown where nobody was allowed to leave their houses if they didn't have the necessary pass, it was surreal. It felt like it was only happening in the movies. But it happened.

Food packs were distributed in our village. Since it does not suffice, either my mom or I would go out to buy something. But hunger was never an issue. The issue was the long numbing hours you have to spend inside your home. We don't have television so that made it a bit harder. We also live in a small apartment. I thrived on books and the internet. I even finished those old books that were left unread for years.

I guess the worst affected here are those whose livelihood is completely dependent on the normal movements of people. Those who have jobs in the tourism sector, for example, are suffering so much.

Actually Covid is not that dangerous, the government makes it scary like a very deadly virus. In my country Covid is set up like a joke by the government. We were asked to follow health protocols, wear masks, keep our distance to avoid physical contact with each other and visitors to traditional markets were limited. Meanwhile in other crowded places such as malls and concerts, the government does not prohibit it.

Those of us who live in rural areas feel confused about the government's decision, we are asked to be vaccinated, while the government is so easy to issue permits for concerts. We didn't do anything in particular during Covid. The people around where I live are still carrying out their usual activities, they don't care about health protocols, what they have in mind is that they have to make a living to support their family. Surprisingly, how come recalcitrant people who don't comply with health protocols are the ones who are safe from the dangers of Covid.

As years go by I am sure many books are going to be written about it, as the pandemic was a global event and it affected the vast majority of the population around the world, personally I did not had as much trouble as some people when it came to surviving the pandemic, however I know many people that were going crazy due to the lockdowns, and I also know many other people which had a really difficult time as they lost their jobs and they had to indebt themselves to get by until the lockdowns ended.

I also experienced difficult times when the Pandemic came. I'm having a hard time keeping my business from going bankrupt. the worst thing at that time was that consumers really experienced a drastic decline. but fortunately there was no such strict quarantine in my area. we are only required to wear masks and are not allowed to come into contact with other people such as keeping a distance. but I am quite sad to see that many of my neighbors have lost their jobs during the pandemic. because many factories and companies are closed.

It is really hard to survive during the time of pandemic specially to those who are minimum wage earner, or to those who stop thier work because of pandemic, but there is nothing we can do we need to follow the WHO to be able to survive and to avoid our self from covid 19. It is hard but because of following the health expert we are still alive and we can continue life with no fair this time.
