Would it be possible to have the option to report the total funds received at the address, regardless of withdrawals?

If I understand you correctly you already have that amount clearly visible in mempool.space explorer.
There is total received in the bottom, confirmed balance on top, and pending amount on the right side.
Here is example of one random address:

Yes, that part will already be available.

What isn't, and will be more difficult, is for him to deduct the amount he received from his own address.

There is a problem... I didn't literally receive all of that amount, since I did a consolidation for myself. So, I'd say the amount is inflated by almost double. Which also doesn't make sense to present it this way.

I understand. Now I looked closely to your address, you also used it as a change address, inflating the numbers a lot.

There is always a solution, but I would need to use another endpoint from mempool.space to filter every incoming transaction from the same address.

Accordingly, maybe I do not sufficiently understand the issue, but it seems to me that one of the complaints that can relate to showing the dollar value is that the dollar value is shown at today's valuation, so then each time that bitcoin is received it has a different dollar valuation, so I am not sure if there might be an option to show the dollar value at the time that the bitcoin is received.  

There are some wallets that show both the value at the time received and today's value.

Basically, there were only two outgoing transactions.

I'm only looking at the BTC side.

The exchange rate naturally varies and should be based on the current rate, not the rate at the time I enter the market, which I think makes more sense.

I get your point, but this is not what this tool is intended to do for now, the idea is to show the total balance excluding the value received from self.
