Right after they denied my winnings they went to change the terms and conditioned and added my country to the restricted country list.

They offered to pay $2000 in order to resolve the issue thru Casinomeister - of course I refused this humiliating offer

When I registered and played on October 1st 2022 Switzerland was not in the list of banned countries (now it is listed as a banned country in the faq section)

The casino admitted they added the terms right after I won and gave this excuse for not paying. I believe it is a pure example of retroactive enforcing of a new term and condition.

I'm a bit confused, when did the change happen and when did you try to withdraw your winnings? It looks like all of these happens in October last year, so you're still trying to get your winnings now? Since most of those websites have already been blocked and labeled that site as scams, I don't think you can do anything more than that.

As others have mentioned, they don't have any presence in this forum, so while it is nice to warn others, it won't help your case that much. I think you should move on or hire a lawyer to help you sue them or something if that is even possible. They probably don't give a damn about your post on social media as long and will claim that they do nothing wrong since your deposit has been sent back to you.

This is a tricky situation. It sounds like you’re going to have a tough time getting your funds. A good start would be collecting any screenshot evidence you have as posting quotes in text doesn’t do much to inspire confidence in your story. They really have few nice game in their.. but the site looks very broke to me and $14k is a whole lot of money especially for a Casino which I don't know how old they probably might have been functioning. I guess they updated it to prevent another case in the future but at least they admitted adding it. The Curacao license doesn't help though because back then one of the top crypto bookies here used to accept USA players while having that same Curacao license.

Getting those winnings back might be unlikely even with our help because based on their response that you shared it sounded like it was already resolved by only crediting back your deposit in full which is what other casinos would also do if they see winning players that are breaking their rules.

Hmm, I think you'd need proof that the casino you're registered in was in fact not on their banned list before, at least before the event of you winning so that there's proof. Not exactly sure how you'd go about this though, pretty sure casinos just change the static pages in their host server, and unless they willingly give out prior versions of the website version, I don't think you'd be able to get it. I dont' really know how to ge the "google cache" you speak of so maybe you can show that as initial proof whenever you post about this issue?

I just went to the website of this casino and saw that it does not have an ssl certificate, it would be enough for me not to make deposits there.

It's so disheartening to be reading this, and what the casino did is purely illegal. Had it been that they are registered and regulated, you would have taken it up with their regulator, or bargained with a lawyer in the country for legal action.

Unfortunately, this is not a legal site, it has no address and contacts, and the fault is absolutely yours. This is why I always advise people to gamble only at regulated sites, it pains too much when you win big.

As it is now, you can't fight a shadow, their website is not even registered/secured, so my advice is for you to take that $2000 offer while you still can.

They will pay you if you'll manage to hurt their business considerably by spreading it. This casino doesn’t have a Curacao license or any license to operate. A confirmed case like this will surely being handle by Curacao since they are already taking action on reports submitted to them. A case like this that acknowledge by multiple gambling platform review like Askgambler will make the casino yield to give the reward but since this casino has no legal obligation then this case will never be solved because there’s no way to file the complaint.

If I’m not mistaken, Citizen of Switzerland is prohibited to use online gambling platform because it their own country jurisdiction to limit its citizens to gamble online. I’m surprised how he manage to submit KYC despite their country is has a law against online gambling.

When I read your post OP, you definitely need to compile everything that you can and make sure to record every conversation and everything related to your case. They definitely just added it and if you passed their documents etc, it's definitely something that sketchy. Never play there again.

This is a very devastating experience. So sorry you are going through such at this point in time. I had to search through to see if the casino is registered here but I found none at the moment which made me believe that they are likely a scam or are incapable of handling your wins hence their unprofessional conduct.  It would be near impossible to get anyone here to look into your situation as they have no representative here only if the high ranked and reputable members here decides to intervene on your behalf but still then, your chance of getting help here is still narrow.
 However,  it would have been nice you attach to this post proofs or evidence to prove your points that you had a deal with the mentioned casino so that any one reading would believe you are not telling us otherwise just to get at them because it is known that most of these accusations against casinos are paid stunt to tarnish the name and hard earned reputations of casinos so therefore in that case, you might likely be ignored irrespective of the fact that there are lots of comments and response to your complaints and accusations.

Although the casino platform has no announcement thread on this site, this kind of report will warn lots of players to avoid that site.  I do not think that the platform will give you your winnings since I believe they already closed your case, you are lucky enough that they return back your deposited fund.  I hope that the platform will reconsider giving you your winnings.  Good luck @OP.

The casino is a scam in which they added OP's country to the list of restricted countries for not paying him. That has been deliberately done to exclude him and then offer $2000. Seem the first time I heard of it yet. Normally they will accuse the user of multiple accounts or cheating and will conduct a 3rd party investigation.

He only needs to provide screenshots of his account and the emails to make it a real scam accusation against the casino.

If I’m not mistaken, Citizen of Switzerland is prohibited to use online gambling platform because it their own country jurisdiction to limit its citizens to gamble online. I’m surprised how he manage to submit KYC despite their country is has a law against online gambling.

If the OP is telling the truth. He should check post the proof about the real changes on the casino rules after he win and screenshot before he win to notice the changes. As a player residing on a restricted country he should personally stay away on gambling for his own safety though.

Even if it's so, he managed to sign up and pass the KYC procedure successfully so he is eligible to gamble and receive winnings. I bet the casino won't notice this if the customer would be losing all the time. The house always wins, they say.

There's a loophole on this. If there's a law in your country that prohibits them to accept your bets then you can't do much about it. They'll also give you another answer that you should read TOS before signing up and placing any bet and be a responsible bettor.

This is such a hard situation for you. They should give you a notice when they've detected you gambling somewhere else for exact reason through IP tracking.

As such we have refunded your full deposit amount via the method you used to make your purchases and have permanently closed your account.

I believe no responsible gambler will want to risk their funds in a shade casino even though it requires a small amount for deposits, since there is no guarantee of having your winning why than playing on them.

He already posted there as I've understand his statement below, too bad to OP to experience this but if that site is not legit, we cannot expect them to pay the money. These sites can't help as well as there are still no solution for this problem. If you have all the proof of transactions and you didn't violate any rules of that site, there's no reason for them not to pay you, not unless they have no intention at all. This is a reminder to gamble only with the good site with good reviews, winning the jackpot can be more stressful if you played it on a unpopular site.

Exactly) There are, of course, exceptions, when the casinos provide good conditions in the form of bonuses, promotions, etc. I don't think the Inetbet platform can boast of anything like that. Moreover, they do not even support Bitcoin as a deposit.

based on a review from the thepogg, inetbet is not recommended to be played even though they have been around since 1999.  Apart from that, Inetbet also has a gambling site that is on the same network, namely Kudos Casino.  i hope all gambling players are careful of other sites that are in the inetbet network.
