I'm sorry what happened to the OP, it was a bad luck of a lousy gambling platform, the risks of using online gambling not many people recognize, I guess you have no hope of taking the money you get and again the money is not small, with money that you can buy 0.5 BTC but that is a fictitious hope, I am interested in the final outcome of your case.
Blocking accounts that are carried out by sites after you win gambling with illogical reasons like that is hypocrisy that they really don't want to pay, this is of particular concern to gamblers so they can be more careful in choosing a casino.

Surely this is a scam related post and it should better be posted in reputable section and like others have said, they have done some search on the casino but it's not found in the forum otherwise they don't operates in the forum and I wondering what can the forum do for such issue as this? This is a very devastating experience. So sorry you are going through such at this point in time. I had to search through to see if the casino is registered here but I found none at the moment which made me believe that they are likely a scam or are incapable of handling your wins hence their unprofessional conduct.  It would be near impossible to get anyone here to look into your situation as they have no representative here only if the high ranked and reputable members here decides to intervene on your behalf but still then, your chance of getting help here is still narrow.
 However,  it would have been nice you attach to this post proofs or evidence to prove your points that you had a deal with the mentioned casino so that any one reading would believe you are not telling us otherwise just to get at them because it is known that most of these accusations against casinos are paid stunt to tarnish the name and hard earned reputations of casinos so therefore in that case, you might likely be ignored irrespective of the fact that there are lots of comments and response to your complaints and accusations.
Do well to edit your post with proofs or evidence as you have explained so that we can be sure of what you are telling us.

I agree with the fact that ops have every right to post this on this board since his money is being confiscated by a casino and that is a big red flag that needs to be spread to other gamblers to avoid falling victim to that casino.

-But then if ops have the right evidence it's better to open a scam accusation against the casino because it won't take long before members lose interest in the discussion on this thread and possibly the thread could get locked by moderators.

Although the casino platform has no announcement thread on this site, this kind of report will warn lots of players to avoid that site.  I do not think that the platform will give you your winnings since I believe they already closed your case, you are lucky enough that they return back your deposited fund.  I hope that the platform will reconsider giving you your winnings.  Good luck @OP.

The casino is a scam in which they added OP's country to the list of restricted countries for not paying him. That has been deliberately done to exclude him and then offer $2000. Seem the first time I heard of it yet. Normally they will accuse the user of multiple accounts or cheating and will conduct a 3rd party investigation.

He only needs to provide screenshots of his account and the emails to make it a real scam accusation against the casino.

If I’m not mistaken, Citizen of Switzerland is prohibited to use online gambling platform because it their own country jurisdiction to limit its citizens to gamble online. I’m surprised how he manage to submit KYC despite their country is has a law against online gambling.

If the OP is telling the truth. He should check post the proof about the real changes on the casino rules after he win and screenshot before he win to notice the changes. As a player residing on a restricted country he should personally stay away on gambling for his own safety though.

Even if it's so, he managed to sign up and pass the KYC procedure successfully so he is eligible to gamble and receive winnings. I bet the casino won't notice this if the customer would be losing all the time. The house always wins, they say.

But if or when your story have to do with you being scammed and wish to call the casino out, you can do that in the Scam accusation board, but also note that making your post and adding clear and verifiable evidences is as important as the post itself, s please take note of this..

There's a loophole on this. If there's a law in your country that prohibits them to accept your bets then you can't do much about it. They'll also give you another answer that you should read TOS before signing up and placing any bet and be a responsible bettor.

This is such a hard situation for you. They should give you a notice when they've detected you gambling somewhere else for exact reason through IP tracking.

As such we have refunded your full deposit amount via the method you used to make your purchases and have permanently closed your account.

I believe no responsible gambler will want to risk their funds in a shade casino even though it requires a small amount for deposits, since there is no guarantee of having your winning why than playing on them.

-FOMO alone is not the reason, I think other negative factors aside from fomo are responsible for such a decision,  take this example a retailer who wants to buy products for resale and he orders for faulty products because there is a discount, and this will ultimately not end well.

you are here complaining and at the same time sharing stories of your bad experiences which are beneficial for other people here to be more careful with the casinos you say. I mean you have a bad experience for you but you also tell others not to go near that casino.

to be honest, it's very sad when you get a big win, but your winnings are rejected or not paid. and you are here to tell us without evidence such as screenshots which can make your complaint more detailed so that all of us here can understand your problem.

but unfortunately your story and your complaint will not help you get your big win, because maybe the site really refuses to pay you.

Which means that they do not have a moderator or responsible individual who can assist you with your issue. However, it is an excellent idea to share your story here and warn others about falling victiim to this scam in the future.

If you had done some research on Google, you would have discovered that it is a terrible casino, as mentioned here [1]. Moreover, their website design is quite outdated, with only a few games and no significant bonuses, features, or marketing that making it even more suspicious. Well, as I understand it, the OP has already posted a complaint about actions by Inetbet.com on the casinoguru forum[1] a month ago and it remained unresolved, maybe he should have also placed a ticket on askgamblers.com perhaps they will find a way there, but there I did not find any valid complaints about Inetbet.com.
