Project build in bear market and not in bull market as you said, what happens in bull markets are just marketing strategy by this project to attract investors into their projects, the real building happens in bear.

This is why when selecting a project to invest into, watch how they handle the bear market, was the project stopped or continuously been built on and that's how you know a project that'll do well in the bull market.

I also notice that most of the projects build during bull season it is because bull season is a good season to start building projects, because many investors will surely invest it depending on the projects, because there are also projects that is only build to get the investors money but in a long run end up as scam project, we still need to choose a good projects because it is not about the season if it is bera or bull our success depend on the projects success.

This is why I like the projects that started on bear market because I noticed that most of them aren't shit quality compared to those who started during a bull market. Bear market projects mostly doesn't have funds and struggle with funding it and this is how we can see how determined the project team behind the project. projects during bull market are just hit and miss.
