In my discovery the bear market does not favour only for Investors but also the signature campaign participants, when the bear very low the pay in BTC is high and when the price has increased then you sell it as high price. But if the price of bitcoin which is the bull market and you are paid as a campaign participants the amount of bitcoin would be small. So most campaign participants like the bear market for some times before going up of the price.

Investors are most likely more happy when the price is low because they buy at that time and sell and the bull market. So it is good for them as well.

At the end of the day the lowest price of Bitcoin will continue to move up over time.

As long as you keep buying or earning it and saving it, you should be alright in the long term. It doesn't matter too much if you bought at the top, just look at the top prices a decade ago.

If I have money now, I would buy half of bitcoin because in next three months it will double the current price. This is real because it always occur this way after 5 years remember in 2011 and 2017 from the market charts and caps. And this year will break more even.

Yeah, everybody is expecting another circle of bull run by 2024, which is also the year the next bitcoin halving will be happening, it is almost like a guarantee that in every bitcoin halving year, there must be a bull run, but like I said before, this is not something we should be so certain about, if you are buying bitcoin, do it wisely, remember, only invest  with spare money, and one you can afford to lose, just incase things don't happen as predicted.

It is very possible that the halving is priced in way before the actual halving happens. When Bitcoin was younger, the halving also had much more impact, at least psychologically. In terms of price I would have to look up what the halving's impact was on miners and others. But dropping from 50 to 25 Bitcoin per block is of course different from a drop from 25 to 12.5 and so on. In terms of Bitcoin based inflation rate, the impact declines.

Besides, investing is not just we keep on buying altcoins during the dip but also it matters on the allocated funds. The price is significant, but the advantage of bitcoin is that we can buy it in parts, not necessarily buying it in its entirety. But what if your prediction doesn't come true? There is no guarantee bitcoin will correct from now on, so I think we should buy now, and as you said, we can buy it in parts.
DCA is still the perfect solution in all situations, as we cannot predict the future, bitcoin is up 40% since the bottom, so we think a correction is understandable, but no guarantees. $28k is a high price compared to the $15k bottom, but it's still a very low price compared to the old ATH. Don't let bitcoin to 35k-40k just start buying, the market always has surprises, it never moves according to our predictions.

I agree with this statement, I also don't know how cheap one wants. When bitcoin dropped to $15k last year, people were still waiting for a cheaper price to buy, and now bitcoin is at $28k, and people still say they wait for bitcoin to drop to buy cheaper. It's not possible for everyone these days to buy a complete bitcoin and it's not advisable to invest 27k$ at one price of bitcoin. Rather it's best to invest slowly in DCA manner.
