Controlling our emotions will always be hard as we are used that in everything we do, we always consider our own emotions. Most of the expert is once a newbie before we become knowledgeable we start from nothing until we start exploring and encounter so many failure and so many trials in trading, if i were a newbie i will still trade but i will use a small capital because i am still in a stage of learning and if i failed i will not feel anger because i only use small capital and even if i failed i am still earning knowledge that i can used in a Future trading.

The more experience you have, the better you control your emotions so to answer your question, it's yes.

When I was a newbie in trading, there was also a time where I got FOMO'ed, and because of that I lost a half of my capital. I learned from that mistake of mine, but that wasn't enough learnings from me because I did it again the second time. I got FOMO'ed again and lost more than half of my initial capital. From that, I learned from it because I already experienced losing in trading. Though I can't say that I'm not experiencing any losses in trading, I can say that currently, I'm profiting more than losing in trading, and I'm not doing the same mistakes that I did again.

Experience really is a huge thing when it comes to trading because from that, you will learn and you will adjust to it. If you made mistake, you will adjust base on what happened to you. You will not learn if you didn't experienced it. Maybe there are some traders who for some reasons, traded very well since they started, but most of the newbies really tend to lose their money as they start, and one reasons is their emotions.
