Next I planned to withdraw my winnings and bet further. But they didn't let me and blocked my account. They asked me to pass kyc 3, I passed it for a very long time because of their guilt. As I did not have access to the account, and the mail was very long answer. Sometimes I waited 5-7 days for an answer.

Then I passed the procedure successfully and was given access to my account, but saw only my deposit of $ 1000, and they took my winnings. They accused me of something unclear and do not want to pay me my full amount. In their chat can not help, communicated rudely. At the post office answer for 3-5 days.

What was the accusation they made on you? It will be good to know for people who are responding to look into such and get you a reasonable answer. You have to show some prove if you want to accuse a casino because that is how your story will be believed. Show some screenshots of what happened then you can be advised appropriately.

in this case, they unlocked the account of the guy who was complaining because he didn't win anything, I assume that's it, but in your case, as you've already seen that you have a balance of 1000$ which is what you deposited, it means that they won't worry about it anymore solve your case because they already refunded what you deposited and did not consider your winnings, it is useless for you to continue complaining, you better withdraw the 1000$ and forget about this matter and not use this casino anymore

Before anything else drop your username or account id so that if they are following this thread they can trace the username and account id you provided they have resolved one issue already, and you may send a message to their representative, I believe this is his account https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2912800.
Your issue is the same as the one they just recently resolve although both of you deny the accusations maybe its time for a third party to mediate on these concerns because they keep flagging those who won big amounts which is unfair, Duckdice should also post the message of the provider since its the provider that flagged the account.
Right now it's not recommended to play on Duckdice until they resolve all the issues here.
