Your list is good and I will say there are endless reasons or situations that will warrant you to sell your coin especially when it becomes your last resort for finance. I might consider selling if I need urgent finance and is the only one accessible by that time.
That is the reason why we are doing investment in the first place in order to solve the future problem. Health issues still remain the top priority that will warrant me selling some portion of my Bitcoin regardless.
