I recently joined this forum, little by little learning about this forum I started to get interested and I got a lot of knowledge here.  As beginners, we must remind each other to feel comfortable in this forum, because each forum has different rules, culture, and discussion topics.  Here are some suggestions that can help beginners feel more comfortable in forums:

1. Read the forum rules carefully and follow them.  This will help you understand the accepted norms of the forum and avoid conflicts with other members or even moderators.

2. Get to know the topic of the forum and its sub-forums.  Try to find topics or sub-forums that interest you and that you would like to discuss or learn more about.

3. Don't be afraid to ask questions.  Forums are places where people come to share their knowledge and experiences.  So, don't hesitate to ask about things you want to learn or don't understand.

4. Participate actively.  Get involved in the discussion and give your opinion or views on the topic being discussed.  However, make sure to respect other members and not belittle their opinions.

5. Don't be offensive.  Avoid being rude, disruptive, or take any action that violates forum rules.

6. Do not spam.  Do not make posts or information that is irrelevant or repeated in a short time.  This can annoy forum members and disrupt discussion.

7. Remain respectful of the opinions of others.  Remember that everyone has different views and perspectives, so try to understand other people's points of view and don't judge or attack them personally.

8. Do not divulge personal information.  Do not provide personal information about yourself or others, such as your home address, telephone number or credit card information.

Did you really come to all these conclusions after only 7 activities? Your comment is supposed to come from an old member or someone who visits the forum frequently before he registers.
There are dozens of topics in this section that provide similar recommendations, and it is enough to check the topics sticky at the top of the section to find them.
There is an important recommendation that I think you did not pay attention to, which is to use the search feature before you publish any topic, because the answer to your topic may already be there and there is no point in repeating it.
By the way, the recommendations that you mentioned are the recommendations for dealing in any forum and are not specific to this forum only.

Dont interfere with a topic that you dont know because it will create spam, especially in technical discussions.
Besides, study it first and learn more further before joining in such a discussion.

You forgot the very important that beginners should be avoided.
Copy-pasting or plagiarising from the article without citing a source, it's a mortal sin here and there's no chance if you have proven to do this.

Since you're such a fantastic learner, I have no doubt that if all the newbies understood your ideas, they would gain a lot of knowledge from the forum. However, I want to make clear that I have an extra argument to make in relation to yours.

When new users join the forum, one of the first things they should do is read the rules and guidelines to avoid plagiarism.

To know about forum rules, you can do either Search or read sticky threads which are pinned at top of each board.

Starting with sticky threads is like you learning English with English - English dictionary with which you will have to force yourself to learn many related words when you search for meaning of a single word. Then your learning process will be boosted proactively.

Everything you describe is true. However, there is a little extra that you need to know, any plagiarism is strictly prohibited in this forum. Sometimes a theory is very easy to understand but very difficult to implement. I think that in order to thrive on the forum, it is not enough to know the rules. It's also important to apply what you know and provide concrete examples of your understanding and skills.

It's quite outstanding that within the short period of time that you joined the forum you have been able to grasp so many knowledge from the forum and also understand some extent how the forum works, for most of us it took us more than this to be able to navigate around the forum and also note where and how to get the answer to our questions without having to create new thread for them.

I'll like to add to the list, newbies should learn how to use the search option they should learn how to search and look for answers here in the forum.
If newbies should learn how to use search option it will reduce the creation of a lot of redundant threads, no joke that the forum has been active for a long time and the probability that the answer to the question you have in mind has already been written somewhere here in this forum all you have to do to access it is to search and I think alot of newbies underestimate and look down on the search option in this forum.

A newbie or rookie can give advice based on their limited experience of the forum, it may not be as comprehensive as when an older member gives the advice and it may already be available if we only search for it. This kind of advise has always been given, just that you also never get the chance to discover the forum search engine and how it function, you could have discover many threads on this regards, am been worried that despite all this warnings upon different advise, people still fall a victim of one or two things that were against the rules, some people just believe that they cannot be guided, while sone think it's not a moderated community, but no matter how smart one is, you will still fall under the regulation of this forum moderation, either you like it or not.

Everyone on the forum were once newbies at a time and once lacked any knowledge they possess now. Do not feel embarrassed to ask questions and I'm sure you will not be ignored.

A honest question would not be considered spam, you only have to take the extra effort to do a quick search to find out if your question has been answered before, then you can freely ask.

This was my same opinion from the first impression and have seen many such posts in the past also in this section where newbie account guiding others how to rank up and grow on forum but they all come under merit phising attempts.For me if you are having knowledge and geniune poster then you don't need to care a lot and you will automatically see progress.But yes it's one of the same attempt but will see how OP makes further growth on forum.
