Btc stuck at Coins-e

am I the only on stuck on a withdrawal with invalid TX.. been five days now, no answers to my tickets. I also asked them to cancel the withdrawal and credit back the btcs on the exchange. still nothing. has anyone had a sign of life from these guys in the last week? or is the exchange on autopilot? where the hell are they?
