As long as we remain in the bear, the bitcoin price is good and favourable for those coming in to invest, there's good tendencies to always make profits when you're investing on a long run by coming in when the price is favourable, we need to enjoy this unique opportunities in other to make our asset a profitable one, those that cannot wait till that long can as well engage trading on a short time basis as well.

Don't it seem to occur to you that a time came, not too long ago, when BTC raged practically to about 22k dolls from 18k? Didn't it seem too fair enough to have gone up real quick?? It did, but what happened? Even after people took advantage of the dip and bought a good worth of crypto? It still fell back drastically..and the people that bought as at 22k dolls, hoping to have it back to 40k at once lost almost everything.
It is advisable for anyone to arrange a plotted, graphical analysis on how the market structure might develop tomorrow. So the answer is Yes, as long as the current value is higher than the gross before it fell previously.

we could be expecting the next bull run in the crypto market which will most likely be led by BTC to start in 2024 reaching it's highest in 2025.

one major element that can catalyse the next bull run, is the Bitcoin halving that triggers every 4 years.  And as expected after every Bitcoin halving comes a  Bull run in the crypto market.

 So, from the look of things, don't you think that investing in Btc at the moment could be worth considering?

Not a perfect time but it is not too late, i remember last 2021 when btc really rise up and i was very amazed, when i first know about crypto in year 2017 btc that time is only 14k$ and i thought that was a very high price but its not, because in year 2021 btc rise above 60k$ and i am full of regret that time because if i buy btc during year 2017 and hold until 2021 then i maybe got a big profit from holding, so for me the perfect time is not tomorrow it is today before its too late.

I agree on that mate, i was there at the time when btc rise up to 14k$ on year 2021 in a month of december, i was afraid to buy that time because i thought that was the highest price that bitcoin may reach but i am wrong, when btc rise more than 3x of its price in 2021,so based on my observation the perfect time to buy is now and if you are not convince then look at its previous price from year 2010 till today and you can see that btc is not fulling back it is moving forward and if you have patience to hold you will surely have a return or profit from your holdings.

Even though I think it's actually a bit late to invest in Bitcoin now, but it's better to start investing in Bitcoin before its value increases further.
In the past, many people have regretted not taking advantage of investing in Bitcoin. As the price continues to rise many people regret why they didn't buy Bitcoin at that time. It is better to own and take advantage of our opportunities in Bitcoin as soon as possible than to make no investment at all.
Bitcoin is still a good investment choice even though it is a very volatile investment, for long-term investments it is better to start investing in Bitcoin immediately, the more we doubt, the more we will be left behind to take advantage of opportunities in Bitcoin.

When do you plan to invest if you don't now? Is it when the price has risen above what you can afford to make a significant profit when it's time for the bull run to reach another ATH? Anytime one gets to invest before the bull run is fine with me, but the price you choose to buy at now has a significant impact on the profit you'll make when the bull run arrives. Investing now is just as good as coming in later to make a big profit because the price is still at a bear minimum before we see another bull run.

Investing in Bitcoin at any moment you have your money available is worth considering because Bitcoin investment should always be a very long investment that comes with you holding your bought Bitcoin for years. When you invest with such mindset then you won't be bother by the price movement of the market and you'll be at peace.
If the money you have to invest in Bitcoin isn't money that'll be needed for other emergency anytime soon then you can invest and hold but if something might come up that the money will be needed then don't invest yet because the market might drop. Last month gave Bitcoin lots of profit as it was a very profiting month for the price of Bitcoin.
This month could come with some corrections so you can wait for the market to finish correcting before you invest. If your investment isn't for the long run then you should wait in those correction.

You can buy bitcoin at anytime, it all depends on your target price that you are willing to sell later in the bull run. If you have the funds,it is better to buy now because I guess this might be a lower price for now. As time goes on bitcoin price is increasing, if you observe the price since the year,it has always increase till 28+ and this will continue till bitcoin halving if am not mistaken.

It is true that it is not a wise decision to invest by looking at the pump, but I think it is more applicable for short-term strategy. Because I also made a mistake when there was 63k in the market bull-run, I invested for short-term, then changed that strategy and now I have to change it to long-term.
But in current case I also think that the op does not seem to have asked this question for short-term trading. And if this is true, then I think that investment in bitcoin is not a bad decision now, because bitcoin is still far below its all-time high, so if someone wants to invest now, looking at the next halving for the long-term, then it is good.  But if someone wants to make a big investment, I would also say to invest by maintaining a dca.

I dunno if it's Warren Buffett who said this and I can't be bothered to look up for it anymore coz frankly the message in this case is bigger than the person, but it goes like this: "The best time to invest is 10 years ago, the second best time is now." So what does that tell you? Well in the grand scheme of things, inconsiderate of the price chart and all that technical stuff it is always wise to stock up on assets that appreciate well, just like bitcoin for instance, who since its conception and launch have experienced a rather positive uptrend in value over time. So in any case, no matter when or what the state of the market is, investing in bitcoin will always be a wise choice in the long run, because the charts don't lie and there is just a huge possibility for profit over time if you invest on it. It’s designed to go up forever, it’s deflationary which is unlike pretty much everything that you can invest in. I still feel like something like this is possible despite in some cases a lot of people have said that some of us are still doing DCA and when talking about the best time actually regardless of what the conditions are for a few months or maybe from years ago buying bitcoin is still the best time and it's not wrong to admit something like this because indeed this is something that I think is feasible and even almost everyone who is here agrees that they are long-term investors.
