Sounds like you are free trying scammed.

Hearing things like must deposit to be able to withdraw/send is in 99% a scam and we have seen this heat often enough to call it right away.

Also without any reputation or collateral nobody will give you anything, sorry but that’s simply the truth.

1 more thing, registering and 2min later ask for a loan is pretty much a nogo in any forum.

Would you mind naming or telling us the wallet it==or website that requires you to deposit 0.004 more BTC in order for you to transfer the rest of the BTC
Most of such services are scams and once you send the more BTC, they won't release the rest of it as well.
