New Avalonminer a1246 not mining

Bought a brand new Avalonminer a1246 from canaan.io , but after plugging everything in, it doesn't start to mine, even tho I have set up the correct Binance adress (have even tried it with other pools as well without success) Cry

It shows me the errors "hash 2, hash 1, hash 0, hash 2, hash 1, hash 0" (see picture) - does anyone know what to do, to fix that? I'm very sad, this has costed me 1000€ in BTC

PS: It restarts every 2.5 minutes and the temperature says 0°C on H0, H1 and H2 (but H3 says normal 26°C room temperature)

Under your logs this one "HASHS[1 0 0] "The first hashboard is bad meaning there might be a short circuit on the first hashboard.

Since you bought it brand new from Canaan it should be under warranty and you can resend that unit to them for replacement or to fix the issue.

I have a few suggestions you can try to disconnect the first hashboard and try to run it again let's see if there is changes on the API logs and update here for new logs. Don't forget to put all API logs inside the insert code tag it's a # sharp button while editing your post because most of the PRO here do not respond if you didn't properly post any logs.

This is what I see from your logs under ECHU[1 1 1] according to Avalon description logs you may have a bad control board or hashboard have poor contact.

What I would like you to try is that try to replug all cables between the control board and the hashboard and make sure the cable on the hashboard is connected properly. If you have some extra cable you can easily know if the issue is the cables or if you have a multimeter you can try to test if the cable continuity is present.

Well its been a while.
Update: have sent the PSU and Hash #0 board to Portugal for repair, got a new board and new PSU sent to me from China, plugged things in and Im now getting this log:

Also: LED is green first but after some minutes, it turns red. It indicated "online" first and now says "idle" in the dashboard.
I have even added 3 different pools (Binance, Nice2Hash and F2Pool), but that seems to not have fixed the problem.

Could someone please tell me, what I should do now? Cry

I could have been mining for weeks already but this thing just leaves me every time Sad

Based on your new logs the middle board shows abnormal status or failure look at the HASH, Echu, and ECMM.

The middle hashboard might be the broken one if it's new then try to swap cables from the middle hashboard to 1st or 3rd hashboards and check again the "HASH" if it changes position and if it still has a weird number then the hashboard is broken.
