I gave access to my tokens to a certain address via 'permit' signed message, and now I want to remove this access.
Actually there is a contract on polygon chain that wants to transfer my USDTs but it can't because fortunately I don't have enough gas in my wallet.
How can I remove the access?
Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

If you are using metamask, you can actually edit the "spending cap" using this guide: https://support.metamask.io/hc/en-us/articles/6055177143579

There are other third party option as well such as these[1], but I highly suggest you to stick with Metamask first before using any other token approval application.
