If i must tell you the truth you have to be a Nigerian because creating an account on the forum and directly searching for Nigerian who make a KYC for you is somewhat suspicious and very bloody for someone to just come to the Nigerian local board to say such thing.
Besides none knows if you are Nigerian or not, But why would you look for a Nigerian to help pass through all this process.

What if after opening the account and completing KYC you lock the person out, what will the person do?

You are notntaking the risk. Someone completing the KYC is the one taking the risk.

The ops are a joncing guy, and for him to have thought that he could get someone to run such a shady deal here on bitcointalk baffles me, even though he knows that this is a Bitcoin discussion forum and every member here is well informed about security measures and have high regard for privacy, so for ops to come here to look for someone he can use their bank account for a possible scam is something that is unreasonable for me to comprehend this level of gullibility.
