OneZeroMiner 1.2.7

Changelog
This version is mainly to support dual mining Dynex and Zil.
Add support for Zilliqa(0% fee)
Add new options:
    --a2
    --o2
    --w2
    --p2
    --worker, --worker2
    --cclk2
    --coff2
    --mclk2
    --moff2
    --fan2
    --pl2
    --zil-before-script
    --zil-after-script
    --zil-test
    --zil-test-port
Add support for nvtool on hiveos for locking clocks on older gpus.
The miner uses nvtool on hiveos as a fallback when the built-in oc functionality fails.

Note:
Please refer to the readme section of this repo or use --help on the miner for more documentation. There are also bat/sh files for mining DNX+ZIL in the packages.

Known issues:
If a zilliqa session is active when the miner is started, the first few dynex shares after switching back to it might get rejected. This is an edge case and should only happen once in the worst case scenario.

OneZeroMiner 1.2.9

Changelog
Add support for dynexsolve 2.3.5f protocol
Hashrate improvement on some cards
Fix a fallback pool issue when the primary server is ssl
Multiple fixes related to the reconnection for changing the jobs
Minor bug fixes

Note:
This version has some modifications to the protocol which requires the pools to be updated to support it. Make sure the pool you are mining on supports 2.3.5f.
This version can benefit from higher --nr values on some cards(eg: 3070 ti). Make sure to test 1(default), 2 and 4.
The increased in hashrate comes with more power consumption. This version needs it's own OC tweaking to find the sweet spot. The OC settings that works on previous version might not be the best choice here.

OneZeroMiner 1.3.0

This feature will save the lowest local minima found every 5 minutes and is capable of loading it in case the miner exits/reconnects for any reason. It can improve the chance of solving SAT jobs and getting the reward.
Add options --disable-snapshot to disable the feature and --purge-snapshot to entirely remove the cache folder
Fix invalid shares that could happen on jobs other than the main SAT one
Fix incorrect allocation of chips when the number of available chips is lower than the rig's capacity
Fix --nr issue on Windows that could cause lower hashrate on some cards
Minor bug fixes

OneZeroMiner 1.3.1

Changelog
Add support for Xelis(xel) coin(Solo mining with 3% dev fee)
Dual mining with Xelis+Zil(refer to the sh/bat files in the packages for sample commands)
    Multiple nodes support
Add --max-memory(alias to --chips-memory) for controlling the amount of allocated GPU memory

Note
Use onezerominer-1.3.1.tar.gz wrapper for HiveOS and manually set the algo (-a xelis) in the extra config section of the FS.
Xelis is a new chain. Make sure to monitor your nodes and double check that the miner is working on the current block height.
Support for Stratum pool mining will be added when a pool with this protocol is publicly available.
This is the very first implementation of the algo. Watch out for the next versions which will bring better performance.

Changelog
Dynex:
Add support for the new enhanced core algorithm
Xelis:
    Performance Improvement
This version only supports pool mining.

Note:
The main target of Xelis optimization is Pascal gpus(p106-100 44 kh/s stock)

It wont set memory offset for my cards (20, 30 and 40 series nVidia)
I'm using windows 10 with latest nVidia drivers, miner has administrator privileges, core clock lock and fan speed settings are working, but memory offset is not, I'm getting red line error that the memory offset cannot be set

OneZeroMiner 1.4.0b Pre-release

Add experimental support of AMD gpus for Xelis (3% dev fee)
Supported Cards are Vega 10, Vega 20, RDNA 1, 2 and 3
Add --disable-amd and --disable-nvidia flags

Note:
This is a linux only beta release to get some feedback on the platform. Using it for anything other than mining Xelis with AMD gpus is not recommended.

Polaris cards are not supported in this version. They might be included in the final release.

The best way to install it is to use the custom package which should work with HiveOS and mmpOS. On HiveOS, you can use the following command if you already have v1.3.7 installed:
cd /tmp && wget https://github.com/OneZeroMiner/onezerominer/releases/download/v1.4.0b/onezerominer-1.4.0b.tar.gz && tar -xvf onezerominer-1.4.0b.tar.gz && miner stop && cp -rf /tmp/onezerominer/onezerominer /hive/miners/onezerominer/1.3.7/ && rm -rf /tmp/onezerominer/ && miner start

The latest version 1.4.4 is crude a bit, Windows 10, on several rigs cards RX580 4Gb give out 1.6kh after an few hours of work, sometimes the miner closes through the error “Close application”, on version 1.4.3 uptime of these rigs was 30days+ without any errors, old version is more stable. Also on 1.4.3 version is a bit highest hashrate for a ~2-5%.
Very lacking monitoring of video cards parameters, but stability is more important.
I hope the developer will fix it in the next versions.

It's been a long time since I've seen a mining rig on windows. I can recommend Hive OS, 1 rig is always free.

I have 6 rigs on old amd cards RX480-580 and I don't like HiveOS. I'm mining on windows since feb 2017 and have no any problems with it.
Maybe the issue with the latest version of the miner is in my old AMD drivers, they are 2018-2020, and I don't feel like updating them  Wink

OneZeroMiner 1.4.4

Dynex:

Added support for DynexSolve 2.4
Fixed an initialization error on cards with larger than 40GB vram
Removed Snapshot
Xelis:

Minor performance improvements on some Nvidia GPUs(170hx, cmp100-210, Pascal and Ampere)
Dropped Nvidia dev fee to 1%
Dropped AMD dev fee to 2%
Added support for Nvidia 50 series gpus
Added a telemetry feature:

Miner sends anonymous info such as GPUs, OS, algo and the set overclock options to our servers. These will be used to get insight about the user base and also possibly an overclock recommender in the future versions. You can set --disable_telemetry to opt out.
Added AMD stats on Windows
Fixed core offset and memory offset overclocking on Windows
Added log rotation:

The default path for the log file is now "logs/miner.log". Miner will append logs to this file and rotate it if it gets larger than 5MB.
Fixed setting fan speed on gpus with multiple controllable fans
Fixed a bug related to total efficiency calculation
Fixed a compatibility issue with Qubic idle mining
Fixed max-memory option for AMD.
Minor bug fixes

OneZeroMiner 1.8.5

Changelog

Added experimental support for locking memory clock of CMP 30/40/50/70/90 HX at 5000, 810, and 405 Mhz on linux

This new feature brings 20 to 50% more efficiency to cmp cards on all core algos.
It is experimental and has only been tested on hiveos with driver version 610.43.03
use the miner's built in oc option --mclk for setting the memory clock.
Added experimental support for locking memory to 405 Mhz while keeping the core clock in the normal range for 20xx, 30xx, 40xx, and 50xx series. Only available on linux.

The power drop from 810 to 405 is a minor one. It doesn't seem to help 50xx series much but should have a noticeable efficiency improvement on the other generations for all core algos.
It has been tested on driver v595 and v610. 580 and older versions are not supported in this release.
use the miner's built in oc option --mclk for setting the memory clock.
Pearlhash:

Performance improvement for V100/CMP100-210
Minor performance improvement on 20xx, 30xx and 40xx cards.
Added an optional telemetry on pearlhash that sends the active gpu names to the pool on the authorize request. use --disable-pearlhash-telemetry if you wish to opt out.
Added core offset, memory offset, gpu voltage, gpu memory temperature to the console stats.
Added --stats-interval(default 30s) to control the frequency of showing console stats.
Added native support for locking memory clock of 20xx series cards on linux and Windows.
Minor bug fixes
