There are many factors you need to look out for when investing in any coin or token at all. One of them is the use case. This is important because it tells you about the use of this coin, how much is it needed? Why is it needed… and so on. Other things you need to look for is the total supply, etc. For DOGE, I think it’s an Okay investment (but do your research). Even if DOGE has gradually left being just a meme coin, it still has high volatile and can be easily pumped and dumped (I think).

If use cases and total supply really matter then how PEPE, Doge and Shiba INU have a very big marketcap? In crypto the only thing that matters is who is behind the project. If a bad project has huge funding its price can grow when there isn't any significant development in the project. If a project has a great vision but doesn't have funding then its growth will be extremely slow or it will not survive for a long time. So follow what big VCs and whales are doing. This will lead you to a gem that can make you rich.

Kindly note that I stated that there are many factors to consider, and me talking about use case is just one of them. I didn’t say it was the core thing to consider too. There are still things like total supply to consider. Bitcoin for example was small at first, it is its use case that pushed it this far. For meme coins like the ones you’ve listed, it’s hype. You can say it’s money, apparently money can buy hype. But I see DOGE as a coin that is better than the average memecoin because it has other purposes which people are actually using it for.

Doge is better than other meme project as long as elon is keep supporting this project. Elon musk stated that he has plan in action to make twitter as a financial hub that means people will be able to use their twitter account as a visa or mastercard to do online transactions. Many think that in this development elon will also add doge coin as one of the payment options for twitter users, which is a major use case for doge. But it is also possible that elon has no such plan for doge and he has promoted doge only to make profits. That can also be a fact.

Most of the people always advice to not to buy any memecoin which is valid also cause memecoin is unpredictable and not stable in comparison of others altcoins but here doge graph is different than other memecoin. It is normal if people don't suggest to buy meme coins. Meme coins aren't only very unpredictable, meme coins also have no fundamentals. The future of meme coins just relies on the hype made by their armies. When the hype is over, it is difficult to keep good development on the price of the meme coins. In many cases, the prices can drop significantly and end up with delisting from the exchanges because have no sufficient demand anymore. The investors must quit and no interest to join if they see bad signs of the coins.

Although meme coins can be pumped very massively, don't forget that it can be dumped very significantly as well. It is very possible to happen when the demand drop drastically. In my opinion, it is too risky to invest in meme coins.

Yes community, my opinion is maybe this is what some people are looking for, I mean this sir, it's easier to gather a community and participate, than to look for momentum and news that may be rare from every year to be able to pump a coin that has topped its price, and give a multiplying pump effect if we buy at that price. Because the price of top coins is tens or even millions of times higher than the current meme coin, I don't think people will buy carelessly even though there are communities that still use these top coins because there is more risk. nah, doge is not really having some volatility these days the or its more accurate to say that dogecoin starting to follow the price movement of bitcoin overall.
you see from the chart it almost exactly resemble the chart of bitcoin even the recent dumps doge coin is also dumping.

Doge and no cryptocurrency is comparable to USDT. USDT is pegged to dollar and suffers no volatility except matching up the value of dollar. Also, not every memecoin has their season of pump and dump. Some don’t even make it to the pump . Many scam memecoins are created these days. Lastly, the way you speak of spotting when a project is pumping sounds like FOMO to me. I hope it isn’t. And remember that there’s fake pump too, and people who FOMO in are the ones that suffer it the most because they think it’s time but they’ve been fooled. I think it’s best to invest when the price is as minimal as possible, instead of wanting to jump into a moving train you don’t know if it’s actually moving or not.

basically you just don't get too optimistic investing in these coin because frankly they are just bad.
as a comparison, you could be getting really bad entry price for investment with altcoin and you need just to wait it out until it hits all time high again.

Many people has collected much profit by investing in shit coins. But this is good if anyone Invested in early stages. Not everyone who invested in memecoins have made profits. It is only a handful of few that were able to cash in the hype. A lot got rekt with the memecoins wave. I do not have any investment in Doge yet but am thinking about it.

I am looking for investments that will 5-10x next bull run and looks like this is a good bet considering it's all time high is $0.70.

Many say it will go past $1 next bull run and it could well do but think I would get out around $0.70 which would be a 7x if I was to invest at todays price of $0.10.

We saw Dogecoin move up to $0.78 from Shitcoin on the effort of Elon musk. Dogecoin currently stands at $0.08053. But I can't say exactly how successful Dogecoin will be in the bull season. If one caninvest at his own risk and hold for a long time then you can profit if Dogecoin rises in a bull market. I can't invest in Dogecoin and I cannot make any predictions about Dogecoin. But if you think Dogecoin will grow then you can invest at your own risk. But I can say this much that Dogecoin will not reach 1$ during the bull season.

If we talk about long term then doge coin is no doubt a better option for investment but if we look at the current new meme coins that are on the SOL and AVAX blockchain, they have a lot of trending and hype and people are getting good profit for short term. Meme coins can give 1000x returns but the risk involved in them is also to high.

to be honest it doesn't sound realistic to me at all. 142B is more than combine market cap of Solana, BNB and XRP at current market value. dogecoin is currently trading at 0.08.
I am afraid it would reach to $1 in this bull run.. you might have to hold them for very long time if you wish to sell them at $1. but that will be a huge profit for you. so I think the wait is worth it.

I don't know why some people think meme coins can give 1000X profits. Yes, we have seen some meme projects rally to that point, but as long as you have figured that out it is too late to invest. Most people joined late and stuck there till now and those who were lucky to catch up early book profit in max 30X return. The only people who enjoyed 1000X were the ones who manipulated the price.

It's not inappropriate, it's not even worth making meme coins as a long-term investment. Meme coins move only because of hype and usually don't last long, meme coins are only used to gain momentary profits for some people who understand and follow from the start, but not for beginners who come because of the hype and then invest, of course this is very risky.

Even Dogecoin is like that, even though Doge is said to have good fundamentals, many people suffer losses because of Doge Coin and not many people gain profits from Doge Coin. More precisely, we have to be smart in looking for moments.
However, if you are lazy to reset, it would be wise if you just invest in the top altcoins or it is safer to invest in bitcoin for the long term.
