Females domination in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies

I think that many women understand crypto even more than some men, it's just that society, unfortunately, does not take them seriously.
In any case, I hope that more and more women will appear in the crypto industry in the future. We should all work together to ensure our bright future!

Women are more than 50% of the population, so to say that "society" doesn't take them seriously sounds a bit odd. And why does it matter anyway? Crypto development is almost entirely done online and no one asks for your gender. You could stay anonymous if you choose to. If you have good ideas and are able to provide good solutions, they would defend themselves. You don't need social encouragement or anyone's approval.

But hey, since we're on the topic of gender clichés, let's discuss multitasking chops. Women are wizards at balancing numerous tasks simultaneously. Isn't that an essential skill in the blockchain biz? With constant action, effective multitasking is vital. So, perhaps women should take the reins in this department.

And about finance? Never underestimate a woman's financial intuition. They say women have a sixth sense in money matters, and who am I to dispute that? So, let's not write off the ladies too fast. They just might leave us all in awe!

OK, how do you reconcile the fact that blockchain development (when everyone is free to join without anyone's approval) is dominated by men, or that almost all high-profile investors are men.
I don't think I've ever heard about "women's financial intuition". Where did you get that from? Can you name some examples?

In this modern era, I assume both men and women have the same interest in technology or investment.
There is no limitation for genders in any field, both men and women are educated enough. So, both men and women may have the same chance to engage in the discussion about technology and investment because all have the same capability and the same level of knowledge. IMO, how big the interest should depend on an individual's knowledge, Not gender!

I agree that a part of the world's female population already dominates men in some types of work, even in the crypto space.
Gender should not be a debate in this space because this industry is not only created for one gender, but anyone can take advantage of it. Men and women have almost the same abilities in this industry, but because of their nature, men are definitely the most dominant.

So in conclusion, I don't care about gender. Men and women must equally support this industry to achieve its goals.

As much as men can do great and excel in bitcoin and in cryptocurrencies, i believe women too can do that. In this modern world, what men can do, women are capable of doing too. So I don’t think there is domination of gender in crypto investments and technology. Everyone is given equal opportunities, it’s up to the user on how he/she will take advantage of the opportunity and how he/she will make most of it.

I don’t divide into women or men and don’t share their merits. If, for example, I’m interested in a new project, I always look at who is in the team and most often there are men, according to my observations, but if there are women there, it’s cool for me, this is not some kind of indicator or an event, it doesn’t matter at all. The most important aspect is that a person be a professional in his field and have experience in the area in which he works and that’s it.

The topic is a good example of affirmative action or reminds us to focus on what we missed, but I think discriminations such as religion, language, race and or gender in cryptocurrencies are a bit unnecessary issues. Also, I remember reading a news earlier that women are not prone to abstract thinking. Therefore, they may stay away from cryptocurrencies or they may not want to deal with cryptocurrencies as much as men. So, if there isn't a statistical equilibrium, there's an evolutionary explanation for it, and I don't think either way can be categorized as good or bad.

We have older people, and kids for example. Do we need to add Bitcoin news about what older people and kids do regarding Bitcoin?, of course not.

Yes, our world is equal, and there is no limit to this, but the reality is clear that the percentage of women involved in cryptocurrency or other forms of investment is lower than men. Check your friends list, how many women are investing, and how many men are investing. That is the most factual proof.

There are many ways to divide humanity. One is gender.

If you look at how many people in each country uses Bitcoin you will also find differences. Shall we push to have every country represented proportional to their population in Bitcoin?

If you look at ages of people you'll see that there's also a difference between age groups. Shall we push to have every age group represented equal?

What about height?, sexual preference?, color of skin?, or any other group that you can possibly imagine. Shall we try to keep everything represented equally in Bitcoin?

You will quickly realize that this is an impossible task.

Bitcoin is open to anyone, there is no ban or restriction to a specific group. Whoever is interested can be a part of it.

Who said that in cryptos, female cannot invest. It doesn’t matter whether they dominate or not, but I believe we shouldn’t discriminate between the genders. Why does a person invest in cryptos or specifically Bitcoins? The reason is very simple, its because they want to earn extra income or extra money. But if we become gender biased and start complaining, then how they gonna survive. Now I know many people will feel offended seeing this statement that women are dominating, but I would say we need to accept the truth and fact and should live with it only.

But it should be noted that there are a numerous number of persons that have made great contributions in one way or the other to the development and spread of bitcoin and if we're to make mention of them all the list will be endless.

In other words, if we ain't hearing much about these women you OP mentioned and others like them then that doesn't mean they ain't celebrated and recognized in their own little space where they function. And no one can boldly say women are not part of the development and spread of bitcoin just because their names ain't among the notable few that are usually mentioned when talking about bitcoin.

You must have very low opinion of women's performance in the crypto space if you think their "survival" is dependent on what others think of them.

It doesn't matter whether you are male or female because of the fact that Bitcoin was created for all people. Let's not separate this kind of thing and there's really no useful context. Anyone can own Bitcoin, women, men, young and old all have the same position in holding Bitcoin. If we classify Bitcoin ownership only from gender then indirectly Bitcoin is won by male groups. But is that the point? But I really admit that the contribution of women in helping to improve blockchain technology is extraordinary. The list above shows us that women have equal rights in participating in a part of crypto adoption.

With bitcoin, there’s no domination, every individual is given equal rights and opportunity. But we can’t deny that majority that are involved in this volatile investment are men, since men are more interested in new innovations and are more risk taker than women. However, in reality, with bitcoin all are fair. And if men can contribute significant improvements for blockchain technology, I guess women too can do that once they will develop high determination for crypto.

If a woman, or any human for that matter, makes a valuable or interesting contribution to Bitcoin it will most definitely not be ignored.

I wonder if there's any kind of backing to those statements made, i.e. a woman making contributions to Bitcoin that is being actively ignored. I do not believe such thing exists.

Men, in general, are more interested in things (so, by an extent, in technology) and women are more interested in people. That's why we've seen tech degrees dominated by men and psychological degrees by women. At least that was the case before forced gender parities.

That means that even know there are some women genuinely interested in tech and good at what they do, the very top of the field would consist of men in the vast majority. This means that if we ever live to a time when most Bitcoin developers are female, we should be at least a little bit concerned.
