This is to show how manipulative are banking system is because over five years ago bank verification number was implemented and citizens with banks accounts were told to get the bank verification number (BVN) to operate their bank account but seeing this latest new development to the point of the central bank issuing another threat makes me wonder why those accounts can still operate without BVN for so long and what are the extent of transactions that have been done through this accounts.
