Only a retard would pay 17K in BTC upfront without any escrow from here.

It's obvious nobody would send the cash in advance but on the other hand an account like alterra cant seriously expext others to send first. He is a 1 year member with only 36 merit and member account. That is untrusted as well.

Also nobdy other than his 1 alt account ever used his crypto exchange service. He is just waiting for his oportunity to scam, mark my words.
