Another method of crypto scam na airdrop. Airdrop dey pay before but it's most likely an avenue to scam now. Run away from any airdrop that request for your seeds phrases or private keys to participate.

Crypto scammers have used airdrops to scam people in the past, and at times it really occurred that a lot of crypto users fell victims to those scams. First, they airdrop some fake tokens into people's wallets, and any time you try to connect your wallet to their DEX and swap those coins, they will steal all the valuable coins you have in your wallet. This method of scamming has been so obvious that many people are not easily falling victims now.

Some other scams that have been used in the past include the "free claim scam". Then, you will need to pay a small gas fee in BNB or ETH to claim those tokens. You can pay like $1 or $0.5 in ETH or BNB to claim like 200,000 of those shitcoins, and at the end of the day, they don't list those coins. I don't know if it's still going on this time around because, for a long time now, I have not been paying attention to altcoins and ICOs. So, guys, you should also look out for such scams.

Those people wey dey Facebook make una dey very careful with any ads advertisements and products. Do scamming rate dey increase day and night. For crypto dem dey use telegram.

Just like telegram is a ground hole of scammers same applies to Facebook too, I can recall many times I have been tried to scammed but all attempt resulted to failure because these scams are now very common and only a fooled person and greedy person might fall for these scams. As telegram scams no be only crypto scammers dey there, dem get so many line of scammers for that platform and every one using it is a potential target so be very careful with this platform.

Telegram has been the home of scammers for a very long time, once i see any messages coming from unknown people the only thing  i do is report and block,  have not experienced any scam from Facebook, but the most annoying one is that of telegram, popular stories they come up with is just to lame how do you  come with stories of making  a huge profit and the start showing you evidence and trying to convince you even trying to call you to make it real, and some scammers use to act like support and use it as a tool to have access to people's wallet we should always be conscious.
