So that's it you mean I just message you the answer from a puzzle in this post and I'll be one of the team, in the first place where is the puzzle, this is the ridiculous way to recruit members.
I have not seen someone recruiting this way, you should at least give requirements and qualifications what if none of those who send you the answers are developers will you still continue to build that so-called blockchain-based project?
You should be able to identify a troll when you see one. You don't just expect a project to come to the forum and drop a scattered name of their project or perhaps just randomly typed letters and then wanting to recruit anyone who's s able to solve it.
If they want to hire people based on puzzle and not work experience then I'm not sure of anyone will be willing to waste their time looking for a puzzle without any assurance that they would end up being accepted at the end.
