SUI deceived all its testers and early adopters, though not openly. Many hoped that it would be a new Aptos, only much more generous, but in the end it turned out to be extremely unfriendly to their community, moreover, politicized. They made hope for all their users from CIS countries, and then blocked their access to buy tokens, and also blocked some social networks, designed for such users. In general, the community is already openly calling SUI a scam.

Not sure though is that is good project in the beginning, never heard of it before to be honest. But as you have said, when majority of the altcoins are doing airdrop to gain support from the community, they do the opposite by not doing it.

Maybe they have their own reasons to do it, but then again, I would say that it's the norm in the community that at least a legit project should airdrop those who support them specially in the beginning. Perhaps the only reason I see them not doing it because they are afraid that those who are going to received it will dump the tokens right away.

Likewise. They only came out after this issue of not airdropping their participants but before those people complain, are they sure that SUI promise to do an airdrop? They can mention something about the airdrop but as long as they don't confirm it to be true, people shouldn't hope about it. I wouldn't blame the project for that and call them a scam.

There are still more than just an airdrop and if this project is proven to be great, those investors can still earn massive with their investments especially if they learn how to hodl it. For those projects who are planning to conduct an airdrop, they can use other coins if they are afraid that their coins will be dumped.

Looks funny with many people said SUI is scam project or asking about SUI reputation at the future, its happen because SUI not allocated their coins for airdrop participants have been active join and claim faucet testnet airdrop until several of airdrop participants joined on Testnet program but there are not any coin allocated yet for airdrop.

Don't have bigger expectation with any airdrop and fatal mistake when joining with all airdrop program but SUI not release yet about the airdrop hunter will earn SUI coins later, if you have much money can participants in SUI presale on OKX, Kucoin and Bybit hope raise more than 10x from SUI price pre sale start from 0.03$ until 0.1$.

many are become concerned with the fact that despite sui has succesfully raised tremendous amount of investment it's still regardless trying to cater further funds in which it seems the sui devs are quite greedy but maybe they just found that even without the airdrops many are already flocking to the project anyway so having airdrop is definitely waste of resource, so they try to increase their market capitalization through additional fundraising which many considered ridiculous.

It's a FUD I guess. Big airdrops today are speculated for a long time now and SUI is one of the project that has been speculated to give airdrops to their testnet users. They announced that they will incentivize their testnet users but they didn't actually said anything about airdrop. The news about them doing an airdrop is just an speculations and I think SUI team would incentivize their users on a different way. People are just disappointed after interacting in that project with high hopes of getting a reward by receiving an airdrop and now there are an announcement that they will not do an airdrop. And today, People just spread FUD anywhere just to fulfill their anger as they act like they forced to participate in their testnet.

Be wary of any project that makes unrealistic promises or fails to live up to their commitments. Is SUI a scam project or legit. However, the fact that they conducted a lengthy TestNet program and refused to reward their community with an airdrop, while only allowing selected participants to participate in their presale, raises some question marks.

I think, Several factors to consider include the team behind the project, the technology they use, the problems they solve, the market demand, and the transparency of the project as a whole so that it doesn't go to waste.

Of course there are paid and unpaid ones when we join in the fun but I personally don't really follow that kind of campaign model, I only focus on investment. in my opinion SUI is pretty good if you want to invest in the long term and you trade short term, the current moment is quite good opportunity where the market is sideways and the movement goes up and down. If you just place a buy at the lowest price at that time and wait for it to sell at the highest price at that time after you set the sell bid, just do it over and over again.
