If you can't remove it and you feel you'll be punished for plagiarism then just copy the link and add it at the bottom of your post.

As for where to make your post, if it's not related to Bitcoin then you should make it in altcoins discussion but if it's about Bitcoin then you should consider making it in Bitcoin discussion board.

I don't see a problem with it. If that's how the original image was designed you an freely share it that way without violating any of the rules.
