I take part in lotteries but I usually do not make a lot of hope to win a lottery. Participating n the lottery is the easiest thing but getting a win out of it may be the most difficult thing. By the way, its fun participating in online lotteries.

For a giveaway, yes, but don't expect its common coz its not. Check games and rounds boards for that. About free lottery in gambling casino? It's not common that you can entry without betting money, maybe a they give you a bonus but you need to deposit first so its not free.

The chance of winning in a lottery oftentimes is one in many millions, though I do take part in gambling lotteries but, I don't often participate.  The time I participated on lotteries when there is a promotion being held in a casino or when my wagering activity is automatically counted and earned me a ticket for a lottery.

You said it right that most of us have a slim chance to win in a lottery but regardless of that, many still get those tickets and tries their luck with it. Yeah, it's fun but it's like the result of it had already been decided for the majority not to win.

I've had my fair share of lotteries, haven't experienced winning in one so far though. I've won some minor prizes but no grand prize win yet. Not really hoping to get a win most of the time, entries just so happen to coincide with me seeing them and me having spare money, so why not.

I'd have better chances hoping for some wins in the casino rather than hoping for a win in lotteries.

As for a lottery without paying, I think those are called sweepstakes iirc? It's a legit system and who knows, there may actually be some in your casino of choice.

They do giveaways, perhaps you should subscribe to them so that you will be notified when it will happen. That's the only "free" part that you will receive but other than that, you must pay for entry. That's where they will get the funds for the prizes for all the winners so it's just fair.

Before I also took part in lotteries at freebitco.in, some I received the tickets for free, and some I bought with my faucet earnings but that was a long time ago. I don't know now if they still do that kind of event, you could check it out, they are one of the known longest signature campaigns here in the forum.

I enter in lotteries where the participation fee is not big,for example I like the weekly lottery on TV that most countries have and that is drawn live every Sunday.The cost where I live for such a ticket is 2 dollars and is a 15 out of 90 one which is very difficult to win and the people who usually win it have a huge amount of luck favoring them.

You reduce your chances of winning by not being hopeful and positive that you can win it. To win a lottery is difficult, by why do you keep playing without being hopeful to win? People win lotteries, and at any moment, it could be your turn, you do not need to terminate it with too much doubts. You are looking for a unicorn .... something that does not exist and something that cannot exist. A lottery can only exist, if there are people buying tickets for it. Yes, Stake.com have a lottery... ehmmm, giveaway that give out tickets, but you have to wager $1000 for every one ticket that are issued. (So you are paying for those tickets, with the money that you are losing in the wagering)

I play the Lottery every week.... and I have been doing this for years.. and the only money that I have won.. was a few dollars for 3 correct numbers. The chance to win the lottery are almost zero, if you only buy small amounts of lottery tickets.

That is really part of when we take part in something, we just hope to win, but we don't expect that we will win because the chances are low. Also, I am checking it mostly when the results are out just to see if I won, but I am not fun of the lottery. I just sometimes feel like buying a ticket or trying to bet certain numbers as I feel lucky, but people I've known have been buying tickets and betting their numbers on a daily basis, and they are always excited when the results are out.
