The last one is thermal tape, not thermal pads.

Used chewing gum is the cheapest thermal pad. Use it.

After EXTENSIVE testing for a military application that dissipates over 2500W (Yes, 2.5KW) over an area smaller than 25 sq. Inches, I can say that the absolute best thermal material is Parker Chomerics T777

At that website, you can even request a sample.  The sample is a sheet about 6 inches x 6 inches, and you can easily cut it up with scissors before removing the backing material.

We've used hundreds of square feet of the stuff, and for a gap-pad, it really is incredible.  Without going to screen printed thermal paste or gel, you simply can't do any better.  Hand applied thermal paste/gel doesn't even come close - it can not be applied thin or evenly enough to compete.

If you want to purchase some stuff easily, this also performed quite well.  It didn't quite match the Chomerics stuff, but it wasn't far off.  For this (less demanding) application, it would be more than adequate..

Thicknesses is 0.1mm, 1mm is needed.

no good either, The thickness is 0.25mm
3.8W/m-K at 0.066$ per square cm 35$

Ferrishield is still on top. (but I don't need a  30x20 cm sheet)
TGF600M  6W/m-K at 0.10$ per square cm.60$

Sorry that neither option helped you.  I may have provided better data if you had mentioned anything about a thickness requirement.

For reference, comparing Thermal Conductivity measurements (6W/m-K vs 3.8W/m-K) is useless when you have material of different thickness.  The Laird stuff is actually much better performing than the Ferrishield.  It's 63% as thermally conductive, but 25% the thickness - meaning it's 252% as thermally conductive overall.  The T777 is even better.

Cant tell if serious... No really. Is chewing gum a viable alternative?

How about Aluminum foil folded (+ smashed with a hammer) to correct height + non-conductive thermal paste ?

For when you can't wait for an order ...
