I think he could make a write up for users to know what this is all about or what he wants. He is rather in a haste if they have not finished the work of which he is posting the cover page. I just registered an account in LeeBet, but I couldn't find out the login option. Then I checked the messages in LeeBet telegram group and found that the casino hasn't been launched officially yet. It will be launched on 2nd May. You should update this information in your main post.
