I also read a number of complaints from users who said that the total prizes, if all were counted, did not reach $2000 and suddenly the distribution of prizes should have been 50 participants to 200 people who were entitled to receive prizes and the change was said after the completion of this quiz.

Nope, the bold part is not an answer for the missing rewards since it is "up to" which means the max reward for the 5th-200th place is $5 so total reward for this group of winners would be max at 196*5= $980. The word "up to" may make the total prize even lower since the word up to means that there is a possibility for the winners to receive less than $5. Lesson learned for you as a new casino in this gambling industry although basically you can do something against the 3rd party bot by simply eliminate them all who use bot for the quiz so you do not need to make a change in the middle of the competition.
Even if there is no 3rd party bot that exploit your point system, I believe there will be still many participants who get the same points as all the answers are available to be found easily in your main site.
I myself participated in the quiz and managed to earn 200 points out of 200 points which means a perfect score for the quiz.
