OrangeWebsite.com is the biggest scam I have ever seen on the web hosting industry.

They call themselves: OrangeWebsite: Icelandic Web Hosting with Free Speech, this can only be a joke. Don’t fall for their trick of accepting bitcoin, they are trash and a scam.

If they don’t like you for whatever reason, they will confiscate your balance and literally steal your domains! That’s right, never seen before. Just read their TOS they literally write there that they can confiscate your money and domains FOR WHATEVER REASON AND WITHOUT NOTICE!

This is totally unbelievable. Also they seem to be buying TrustPilot reviews, I was reading their positive feedback and looks like all fake, the only real like comments are actually the negative ones. What a joke.

I never heard of this hosting site before but after a bit search, it seems some users mention it here on the forum.

I don't know if they are scams or not but no one yet reports it that they are scam.

If you don't have a website hosted on their platform how can you tell that their service is a scam?

You must provide some evidence here to prove that they are scammers if you can't then we can't say that this hosting provider is a scam.

This is suspicious activity in the future. If any site has zero negative evaluations, this is a sign of avoidance, and negative evaluations are the only indicator of the classification of sites.

very important lesson. Never, never use the same registry for both hosting and domain. It should always be with two different companies. In case of any migration or change of provider, in such cases, things can get complicated very easily. Especially when we are talking about such small and relatively unknown services.

So have you been tricked into hosting on their platform so you can't use it or have your balance on hold for no apparent reason?

How do you conclude that the platform is a scam when there is no strong evidence to see the truth, to be honest I just heard of this platform that can pay with bitcoins but I see no concrete accusations with this site.

I don't think it has something to do with whether they like you or not it's stated on their TOS what are the reasons that they are going to confiscate your domain, you can post the name of your domain or you can do a way back machine to check the content of your website and we'll see if your website violated one of their terms, it's not only OrangeWebsite.com but even the top domain registrar and web hosting like NameCheap and GoDaddy have some of these on their terms for their users to abide.
